Nicest guys on the planet. I brought my car in Christmas even one hour before they were scheduled to close early for the holiday. My left rear brake was damaged and I was told that it was too dangerous to drive and that they could not get a replacement part until Monday. I was (beyond) distraught. Ami and Michael told me not to worry — they got on the phone and told their supplier to bring a replacement part (from Queens) ASAP. If I had not been there myself I would not have believed what happened next. The supplier brought the wrong part. At this point it was 30 minutes past their intended early close time. They called the supplier and told him to send someone with the correct part. Ninety minuted later the guy comes back with the same wrong part (!!). It is now over two hours past their intended close. There are 3 guys waiting around on Christmas Eve just for me. They called the supplier again — and third time was a charm — at 4:45 on Christmas Eve the correct part arrived and was promptly installed by the mechanic who has waited around for almost 4 hours. And here’s the kicker — the garage did not charge me for one of the parts that they had to install on the car because they had just replaced the part 3 months earlier.

A family road trip to NYC turn out to be an unexpected trip to the mechanic shop. 5 miles out of Manhattan heard a loud bang coming from the front passenger wheel. I know something was wrong since my M3 has never had any problems. Right away I slowed down and got off our exit pulled over and notice the caliper wasn’t sitting properly it was seating on the rim. Search for the closest me auto repair shop and located this highly recommended service shop. At first Ozzy and Rich wasn’t sure he could service my car due to it being low to the ground and not getting on the lift,but after a few minutes they came over and said they would take a look and jack the car. First thing first they both informed me that we weee lucky because the caliper wasn’t sitting properly basically held by one bolt that was loose and lost the other bolt. After a few minutes they were able to locate a bolt and the Mayte at bat all the bolts were tightened on both front tires . They checked all four wheels and made sure everything was working properly tightened. Me and my family are grateful for the help and service these gentlemen and their crew provided. We were in a really tough position having to figure out how to make back to CT. But we had the blessing of haven’t to meet Ozzy and Rich today. AMAZING SHOP, QUICK AND EFFICIENT!!!AND THEY WONT BREAK YOUR POCKETS!! i hit one of the dividers as i was attempting to driving home (i live 2hrs upstate) my tire popped. I was 2 hrs from home, walking around manhattan with my daughter, looking for someone to help me. When i came across this shop. I walked up to Richard and asked for help. I explained my situation to both him and Jacob and without hesitation they came to my rescue.They took me back to my car to inspect how bad the situation was and quickly analyzed the issue. They told me to drive the car slowly back to their shop, and found a tire they had sitting around that would come as close to the tire size i had on my vehicle, so that i could get home safely. They gave me water and calmed me down. 30 mins later i was all set to go home. They did it with a joyful heart and spirit. I had no appointment or relationship with this shop.I was just a nervous mom looking for help and they were complete gentlemen's to me and my daughter. I will forever remember what they did for me and how quickly they came to help. To top it off they charged me nearly nothing to do all of this. I don't have enough words to express my gratitude.
