Had a reservation for 6:45pm and wasn’t seated until 8 something. We stood at the bar and bought drinks they weee terrible I had to request more liquor for each drink it was so much juice. Server was terrible I mean absolutely horrible I had to beg for a server multiple times thru management. I took everyone’s order at my table myself and she still got it wrong. Our bill was $438 she actually had the nerve to include gratuity as if she deserved anything. I still paid it like a sucker. I hated my service experience she was extremely rude didn’t introduce herself or nothing, the food was absolutely disgusting it was cold burnt and flavorless. I was so fed up with everything I just paid and left. I will never be returning here and I’m telling everyone I know how terrible this place is. Management is a complete joke they don’t know what they’re doing. There’s not enough workers the only ppl I enjoyed was the security the bartenders and the host. One of the best brunch spots I’ve ever been to in NYC—hands down! I went this past Sunday with a big group for my birthday, and from start to finish, it was a 1000283207/10 experience. The staff and service were absolutely amazing; so patient, attentive, and accommodating. They made sure we were always good, even topping off our mimosas before we finished them (yes, you read that right 😂).

Everyone in my party ordered something different from the menu, and somehow every single person had the same reaction: “This is sooo good!!” That never happens!!!! The food was flavorful and came out quickly, which is a blessing when you’re hungry and ready to vibe.

Speaking of vibes… the DJ and host were so engaging and fun throughout the whole brunch. I was a little worried the music would stick to one genre, but nope—they gave us a perfect mix of dancehall, soca, hip hop, R&B, and more. We danced, we laughed, we ate GOOD—what more can you ask for?
