I never normally write reviews but I felt I had to considering my unfortunate experience at Mejuri in Williamsburg, NY. It was my first time there, very welcoming. I ended up spending around $400 on a few pieces which included a $100 ring. The sales person told me that I could return things no problem as long as it was within 30 days. I wore my ring once to work, it had a scratch so I wanted to go back an exchange it within the thirty days. The woman said without the tag there was no way I could return it and it’s a super strict policy. I said I was not informed and told otherwise. She just gave me a basic apology and said I could buy other rings because they were on sale. I will NOT be returning or recommending this store to anyone. I had to pay return postage myself using Australia Post only to be told that they wouldn’t refund my small return cost, and would charge me another processing fee. I had no choice but to use Australia Post after a month of waiting.
