Noir et Blanc — Local services in New York

I have been a customer for 25 years. I can’t say enough good things about Deb. The pieces are timeless, high quality and the staples of my wardrobe. I look back at pictures of big life events and celebrations and I am almost always wearing Noir Et Blanc Bis fashion. Deb and Karen encouraged me to wear things that I wasn’t sure about and I got so many compliments. Most recently, I needed a few things for a carry on only trip overseas. COVID had made me a little more fluffy (lol) in the middle so a few older things were snug. And once inside I am not disappointed. The interior design of the clothing placement is so understated and spare it makes me feel comfortable. The setting of the clothing is so easy to see.
