Plenty of useful items but the store owner’s version of customer service is questionable. I wanted to buy 1 nut for a piece of furniture, and they sell nuts by the piece or in bulk. He told me I had to buy 6 of them even though I only need 1 because otherwise it takes him too long to sell the box. That is just nuts… he should have them packaged and not for sale individually if that is the case. Just a guy trying to take advantage of a customer which is probably why he has a 2 star rating on...

This place refused me service because my boss was not available to sign for $18 worth of supplies on our Business AMEX. When I explained that we were in the middle of moving offices and he was very busy, he told me to take my business elsewhere because I "kept complaining." He somehow tried to argue he was losing money if I signed for the card. It's worth noting I found the same stuff at Centre Hardware around the corner for 5 bucks cheaper and they didn't give me any...

These guys are bad. Like soup-nazi bad. Grouchy, cynical and impatient. Cash only under $20. No returns. I think they don't accept Visa (who does that) because of one bad experience they had with Visa... Absolute minimal customer service. That being said, they have the basics you would need from a hw store, and they duplicate keys. And they're so bad it's actually kind of fun to go there and see how they're doing and try to cheer...
