If I could choose zero stars I would. Purchased a few items from this seller and although I do love the style of the jewellery the pieces all broke multiple times. Not only are he products poor quality, but they had the nerve to charge ME each time to fix it. I paid the shipping back and forth from Canada each time as well. On my final interaction with them I picked up a necklace which they had made from a bracelet that had broken many times, he charged me $150 US and the clerk was a total jerk. I expressed my frustration to the owner and he offerred 10% off. You should be able to stand behind your products if you want business. I will never purchase from this company again and I would suggest no one else should either.
