I sent someone a WesternUnion transfer, and they came to this place to pick it up. The receiver was very polite, and I know this because I was on the phone with them the entire time before they even walked into the store. So I know that she had not said or done anything to the agent behind the counter. The dyed blonde middle-aged woman whose name begins with S treated her terribly. I can only presume that it is because on first glance, you can tell that she is very poor. She went into the system and said that there was a problem with the test question, but when I called WesternUnion they said there was not. She insisted that there was a problem and pretended to call Western Union in front of us. The reason I know that she pretended is that the person at Western Union who was on the line with me at the time said that he did not see anyone else making an inquiry into this transaction, and as an employee there ,he would be able to see who was in the account as well as himself.He saw no one this, while she was pretending to have a conversation with the Western Union agent on the phone She did this two more times, insisting that she was on the phone with Western Union and she never was. As a matter of a fact, beside myself, no one had called in about this transaction at all. This was two different Western Union agents telling me the same thing. Very wicked woman who because someone was poor, decided to mistreat them and did not care whether or not the money they were receiving was money with which they could eat.(it was) This is a terrible representative of this business. I thoroughly hope that this is not what this companyâs stance is regarding their customers. Itâs really sad how people take advantage of those who they see are not in a position to defend themselves .this was very badly done. I have a state job and they still gave me the hardest time to cash a check , they make you feel like you did something wrong.
