I was a client for a few years and I noticed that after a while when you become a regular client the treatment is no longer the same and they treat you as if your money was worthless or as if it were a gift. On several occasions Paola cancelled my appointments the same day as if I had nothing else to do. Additionally, I asked for a treatment with Sculptra which she told me she already had and the same day of the appointment two hours before she texted me and told me that she did not have the product and that I had to wait for it to arrive, which bothered me a lot since she had lied to me. On another occasion we had an appointment at 3 in the afternoon and she wrote to me at 2 to cancel. I think she is a very unfulfilled and unserious person who does not respect other people’s time. Among other things, I paid for a Sculptra service that cost 3,000 USD and it was of no use to me since she told me that she would use “Sculptra” but she used another product called “ Radiesse 10 “ which was of no use. I asked Paola if it was possible to repeat the treatment or if she could give me a refund since she had not complied with the agreement and had applied another product, so she only gave me a refund of 1,000 dollars. I thought it was in very bad taste that she washed her hands of this small refund since this product did not work, perhaps because it was not in good condition, or it was too little product or perhaps the beautician's technique. In any case, I paid for a product called "Sculptra" but Paola wanted and decided to apply Radiesse 10...

I have been going to Paola for the past 3 years. I’ve seen many injectors. Paola is an artist. She truly understands facial anatomy and takes a natural approach in the way she uses each product. She’s up front, honest, and is ALWAYS so good about communicating with her clients. Her studio is immaculate and the ambience is so peaceful. Paola? SHINETH!!! I lOVE THIS PLACE.. so elegant and also in the best location in Queens LIC Long Island City.. I sat next to an actor from Netflix ( who’d been to other locations ) and he said to me... this is my first time & I live in the Hamptons in Long Island, almost 2 hours away, & believe me, I won’t let nobody else, to touch my face.. 👩‍🦰 when he told me that, I make the decision already to change my place that I was going before to this location..
