Shu's Flowers — Local services in New York

Flowers are bought for special occasions, but come to this place if you want to feel stress and treated poorly. Came to pick up two flower arrangements at 11 AM (when they open) for my sister’s wedding that afternoon, and was met with a store attendant who was very rude. She could not locate one of the orders (the bouquet) that was paid for and was very difficult when I explained that I was there for 2 arrangements and made it seem like I was an inconvenience to her because I came when they opened. I asked if it was possible for her to make a new bouquet given the circumstances that wedding was happening within hours AND the fact that we placed the order - she all but laughed in my face at the request, and when the bride showed up with the charges on her card for the flowers, the store attendant was able to find the second order slip (after not even looking upon first request), and was not apologetic at all. I will also mention that I was extremely polite during this entire ordeal in order to try to get this new bouquet as smoothly as possible. I could NOT recommend this...

Collaborating closely with Dallas and her team, I shared my vision using various Pinterest inspirations, outlining my preferences for the bouquet, centerpieces, flower girls' arrangements, and boutonnieres. Dallas effortlessly brought these concepts to life, delivering stunning floral arrangements at a competitive price. Despite some last-minute requests such as flower girl crowns and flowers for the mother-in-law, Dallas and her team handled everything with grace and professionalism. I'm sincerely grateful for their dedication and expertise, which resulted in flawless floral arrangements...

Immensely overpriced and poor selection. Tried to charge me $60 and $38 for two small succulents. Reading these other reviews it is funny to me the storeperson will laugh at you for complaining about the prices considering any decently priced spot will sell you the exact same things (and will have a better selection) for easily 1/4th of the price.

Maybe the flowers are amazing but it sounds like theyre not. They do sell some unique pots here but otherwise do not give it your business- super overpriced and bad selection.
