Spa Niobe — Local services in New York

Whatever you do, avoid this place at all costs. Horrific experience, overpriced, terrible customer service, poor quality and most importantly —unhygienic.

My moms experience: They put gel nail polish over my mom’s gel powder and kept aggressively telling us it was OK even though my mom was uncomfortable and repeated multiple times that we didn’t want them to do that. Her manicure started peeling the very next day. I think they were just trying to get us out of the door because they were closing soon but then they shouldn’t have accepted us as walk-ins in the first place. They just wanted to take our money (over $200) and do a bad job. They’re scammers.

My experience: 2 weeks later I realized the regular nail polish pedicure I got there started to peel and the nail underneath it is completely DAMAGED. Never in my life have I had a foot/nail infection or experienced anything like...

I walked in after a super stressful day when I already popped a bunch of pain killers for head and neck pain and they did not help. And I’ve had the best neck massage in my life that melted my stress away! Danny knew exactly where all my tight spots and knots were and melted them hr tightness and pain away. I hate leaving bad reviews but my nails are completely destroyed - pictures below are from 4 days after my manicure I got on Saturday (I removed the polish). All of my cuticles are torn.
