Awesome building staff, and well-maintained building. Very close to the 6 train and buses. Generally a very safe neighborhood, not very touristy/crowded. Within walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, lots of restaurants, and an AMC theater! The building does not have a rooftop :( and rent is a little expensive but it’s similar to other apartment buildings in the kips bay/murray hill area.
