I would not recommend anyone spend not one dollar at this location. Not only are the staff and security super rude, but management and ownership are far worse. I left a deposit for my event, upon meeting my minimum. The bar staff could not keep up with my crowd and it took forever to receive drinks, meanwhile I spoke to the events coordinator AB who assured me that I will have more than enough staff. Clearly they were understaffed. The couches are dirty and have holes in them, the floors are scuffs and scratched up. The bathrooms are dirty and the doors barely close. They also use one of the bathrooms to hold their mops and as a storage unit, Which made the line longer. The bathroom attendant was very apologetic and tried their best. I also was informed by some of my guests that security was charging them a fee to get in. Very unprofessional. When I wanted to speak to management, I saw that she was enjoying some drinks and seemed intoxicated already. I have never been more disappointment and felt like I was robbed of my money. Also when it came time to ask if I met the minimum, they kept giving the runaround, but finally after insisting that I will not leave until I see how much the bar rang, I was finally shown and I more then met the minimum. When I asked when will I receive my deposit, they told me that our policy is to not refund deposits. Something that was never ever discussed. This was just a hold, so that I meet the minimum. Luckily my credit card company is very good at having my back. Please do not have your event with these people. They are not on the same page and misrepresent the venue dramatically and make you feel like you have literally been robbed. I will never step foot into this venue again and a lot of my guests sent me so many complaints, that I'm so...

Overall eh not but solely for the fact that I was around people I like. This venue was an absolute mess, proceeded to not be ready for the beginning of our event and had our group sitting out in the cold for a “promoter” which wasn’t even part of our event. Had rude staff which you would only experience from being present in the moment. I’m appalled by the standards of this place seeing as how this is how they treat customers. I would be embarrassed to be apart of this venue. We also ordered food for our event which was horrendous, all cold and tasted disgusting, I actually was sick because of the food towards the end of my night multiple times. I do not drink. Drinks were disgusting, seeing how the venue proceeded to give us the most bottom shelf alcohol to start when we paid for a drink package for an all night open bar, then at 1130 the venue closed down our bar, now charging for drinks and only serving top shelf liquor which you had to pay for, giving no other options. Do not trust a word these people tell you, they will switch up on you when they feel like it and leave you for nothing. Do not come here I would only recommend this place to someone I hate. If I could give this place zero stars I would. We had one of our most disappointing and disrespected nights in New York here. I would strongly deter anyone thinking about renting this space, attending an event here, or working with this company from doing so. Never has she felt so violated in her life. She was waiting for the restroom and was physically touched multiple times by the security guard as he aggressively pushed her into line after disrespectfully verbally yelling at her. He commented on her stature and took advantage, completely abusing his power and making physical contact with her on multiple accounts. When she brought this incident to the attention of the security guard’s manager it was brushed off. It was like a complete slap in the face and her own safety was completely overlooked and disregarded. Never go to these events or to this venue, only unprofessionalism and physical...
