The worst level of customer service I have ever experienced. If you are ordering dry ice for the first time - please do not contact this company. Frank has no patience for anyone who is not already knowledgeable of the dry ice business. Told my colleague that they are very busy and could not confirm contact information for an order. United City is my go-to for dry ice in Manhattan. I have been there several times to get ice for shipping biological samples. They are always fast, efficient, and knowledgeable about shipping overnight on dry ice. The prices are reasonable and location is very convenient (close to subway stations & Lincoln Tunnel).

I went here to get dry ice to transport breast milk on a plane. The person I talked to was very helpful, made sure I had enough dry ice for the ~12 hour trip, and also gave me a small discount. He said a lot of people come here for the transport-breast-milk-problem.
