Cookies look great, I haven't been able to eat them yet but the service was absolutely terrible. My friend and I arrived around 9:25, we placed a curbside order, we waited about 20 minutes and nothing came but in the app it said "enjoy your cookies", we then proceeded to walk into the store to check on it, there were 2 parties ahead of us then the associate came and asked for our name, said the cookies had to be made and that it would be 30 minutes, okay cool. We sat in the car as we watched people go in and out with their cookies. About 40 minutes later, I go back in to check on things again, I was not greeted, there was two other people in the store at the time putting in an order, the associate proceeds to approach them and tells them that they are out of blueberry muffin cookies, asks for a replacement, then brings a box of cookies to the counter. Me standing at the front of the counter, I assumed that it was for me but the associate proceeds to pull the box back and say "this is for" person who was behind me, they leave, about 5 more minutes goes by and the associate approaches me to inform me that they are out of the blueberry muffin cookies, I get a replacement, she finishes up, and hands me my box. She wasn't necessarily rude during the times she approached us but if I had an employee in my store with that level of customer service, I would not be happy. She genuinely looked like she could've cared less to be there but then again there were a lot of people and she seemed to be alone so I'm not sure. I don't really make a habit of leaving reviews especially bad ones because life happens and we are all human but this was probably the worst experience I've ever had, it took over an hour to get an order that was placed before the many customers I watched walk in and out of there with theirs. Read moreI love Crumbl cookies. I get them 1-2 times a week for my family from Thomas Crossroads. I ordered from Ashley Park location and they were over done and hard. The M&M cookies didn’t even look like they should. I was ok with them being replaced. When I got there I told the manager Steve to feel how hard they were, and that weren’t up to Crumbl standards, he didn’t really care. Steve was breaking the cookies up and making excuses why they were like that. I guess he works there but doesn’t know the standards of the company. He then asked me to wait longer because they were baking more, even though it wasn’t even 12:pm and they had some already made. He was also ok with me coming back for them. I shouldn’t have to make 3 trips for some cookies that they messed up. This manager Steve needs more training. I asked for a refund instead, he gave to me and walked off without even an apology. I feel bad for the owners. People like this will mess up there business. I guess I will continue to go to Thomas Crossroads location, even though this location is...
Read moreI walked in this place and stood at the counter waiting for service for 7 minutes. The young ladies continued to go about their business in the back, no acknowledgment that I had even walked in...no "hello", or "someone will be with you shortly"....nothing. Another customer walked in on their phone, and after a few more minutes, one of the young ladies walked up to her.....STILL not acknowledging the fact that I had been standing at the counter, and asked her if she was picking up an order😑. I took that as my sign that I did not need anything from this establishment today, and I politely walked out. These young ladies have to sense of courtesy, customer service, nor proper handling of business....and it is sad. Your customers are the reason that you are able to collect a check on payday, and someone should let...
