I went to the Tory Burch store for my birthday this past Friday. I had just purchased a few items on TB online, so I was only browsing in-store. I’m always greeted by the fabulous Teresa and the other associates when I visit.
I found a purse I liked, but it was slightly out of my budget. I showed Teresa the new wallet I had purchased. “You have the perfect accessories, now you just need the bag,” she said. She also mentioned that there were only two bags left in stock. Not sure if that was true or not, but it had me thinking hard, lol.
I didn’t buy anything and left the store. As I sat in my car about to leave, Teresa’s voice stuck in my head. I thought, Are you really going to leave that bag behind? I looked it up on the website and realized that the price of the mini bag online was the same as the sale price of the bigger bag in-store! I unbuckled my seatbelt and hurried back inside. They even gave me an extra discount since it was my birthday!

Read moreI love Tory Burch, but the experience my sister had at this store today was appalling and downright rude! My sister and a friend of hers walked in the store and was greeted with hey hey you remind me of watermelon, not a greeting of hello welcome to Tory Burch but you remind me of watermelon. My sister had an orange shirt on and her friend had red and green on, but these were two black women walking in the store to shop and a white woman saying on Juneteenth weekend you remind me of watermelon in South Carolina what conclusions can you come up with. We shop and spend our hard earned money on things we like and we should not have to be profiled and insulted while doing so. If they were white would she have been reminded of watermelon? The manager needs to address this. This conduct is not becoming of The Tory...
Read moreI walked out without purchasing anything due to a very rude associate. I had barely gotten in the door when she jumped me verbally and demanded I pull my mask up. Tanger doesn't seem to have a streamlined mask policy and it's up to each store to set their own rules, (which can be confusing). I have been vaccinated, but have no problem wearing a mask in places that require it. I had the mask on my face, but it was just pulled down. The way she spoke to me was just so rude and demeaning, that after briefly browsing, I chose to leave. I was planning to purchase a bag and possibly some shoes. I just didn't feel comfortable in the store. This associate was loud in general and didn't have the finnese to deal with customers. She was in her 20s with long blonde hair, medium build, rude and a know it all. I was there...
