Came in looking for a new bed frame with my family and the initial person who greeted us when we walked in helped us for a little bit but after she showed me 3 beds and I wasn’t necessarily interested in the styles she just stopped helping and disappeared. I had more questions but she simply left right when I had more questions. I’m not sure if it was because of my appearance and what I was wearing that made her so distant from the situation but she didn’t make me feel like she was particularly genuinely invested in helping me look for what I was looking for. she informed me she’d walk with me to help and to answer questions but immediately gave up shortly after. So I was walking around and I saw Vince in his bright red shirt and name tag and was able to identify him as a worker. I called him over and asked him for details on a specific bed frame I was looking at and he stayed and spoke with me helping me out for probably a good 10 minutes straight. Answered all my questions professionally, transparently and went the extra mile to verify prices and potential dates I could receive the merchandise by as well as similar items in a cheaper price range. I was very interested in the item and making the purchases after he described everything in detail but I unfortunately did not after hearing the particular frame I wanted to purchase wouldn’t be available until April, and I was looking to find something within the week. But aside from that my experience with Vince is probably the best customer service experience I’ve had inside of a store in a while. Completely made up for the first associate interaction I had there. It was my first visit ever to Bobs and I only genuinely wanted to come because off tops I need a bed frame and I’ve been seeing their ads consistently and how well they’ve been improving and I was completely impressed with the building aesthetics and overall customer service vibe, I worked retail for 7 years myself so customer service is huge to me. aside from the initial lady helping us when we came in, my first impression was great. Vince represents your company well and definitely deserves more opportunities to move up and represent you guys in better situations, I was thoroughly impressed with him and he did a great job at making me want to spend my money, and that’s always good for business. Read moreMy husband and I were looking for new set of furniture. We have been looking at another store but it turns out they did not have a lot of selection for just regular couches. So we went to Bob's Sunday and were able to get a couch, loveseat, coffee table oh, and oversized chair with ottoman. It was the first thing I saw and I fell in love with it. The only problem is the couch and loveseat are available now the other items not for 2 to 3 months. Due to issues of companies getting supplies in. They also have option when you are at the store that they can give you a Bob's quote. So if you don't have a lot of time to be at the store you can take the quote with you and then you can finish the transaction at home. So I thought that was a neat feature. And with it being President's Day weekend they had free coffee ice cream and cookies and candies. They did not have a big President's Day sale going on like all other furniture stores but they didn't need it because their prices actually beat prices being offered at the other place we were looking at for Presidents Day. So we might have been able to get our furniture sooner from the other place but then we would have paid double for the items that we were ended up getting. The furniture in the picture is called the Trevor. It is super comfortable and the chenille fabric is great. One thing I see at the downside on their delivery $299 you get white glove service oh, that means they will bring the items in your house unbox them put the legs on and put them where you want it. But they do not take your old furniture and they cannot even touch your old furniture. So it's a good thing we're not getting our items right away oh, this gives me time to schedule trash pickup of old furniture and to clean and decorate the living room. Paint Etc. For $149 they will bring your furniture to the threshold, that means you have to bring it in unbox it get rid of the boxes put the legs on your furniture and place it where you want it by yourself. So it is something to think about. Also they do not do a standard warranty like most places because those actually benefit the company they just make money off of it and it only covers defects. They have a goof plan for $299.00 for 5 yrs and this covers accidents and other issues with your furniture. It was a fun...
Read moreI’m so excited to write this review about Amir and his beyond awesome customer service. Let’s start from the beginning, so about 630-7pm me and my husband went looking for new furniture. And when we stepped into the door we were in amazement of the store (big, bright and beautiful) Now any other time me and my husband go into most stores we get “the look” (they are here to look and not purchase) BUT Amir didn’t look at us that way. He walked over and got straight to the customer service but wasn’t being pushy. Some how Amir ended up walking and talking with us as if we all knew each other already. (I loved it!) Amir listens to both our wants and needs for a sectional. (He was a little more on my husband side but it’s okay lol jk) we didn’t sit on anything we looked at but then he took us to what is now our new baby. I loved the look of it. Wasn’t to excited about the color but my husband sat down and the look of THIS IS IT! was beaming off his face. So Amir convinced me to sit as well (why did I do that?!) and I was sold! Instead of Amir getting his sale and leaving us or trying to get us to spend all our life savings. He stood and talked with us actually trying to get to know us and for that we appreciated him much more. People rarely do that especially when you haven’t swiped your card yet. Amir didn’t care! He was showing so much great customer service, He is now our personal Bobs furniture sales rep. We won’t work with anyone else because we want him to be the one to reap the benefits of our purchases. He was the only one who spoke or even seen us (as black people weren’t not seen in the light Amir seen us in) we thank you a million and 1 times Amir. You have such a great spirit and boy do you know your stuff when it comes to mattresses and sleep habits. We were amazed!
