I came in to do an exchange for an item, with apparently one version of the receipt, but they stated they needed a bigger receipt, which I did not get. I told them it is all I had, with my item still having tags and a transaction number on the receipt I had. The assistant manager told me that since it was after Black Friday, it was too many to go through to find it, so I asked if there was an email I can contact to research my transaction and she said to try to find the big receipt. I had my original bag, the item, plus tags from the other items I was not returning that I keep just in case, with the small receipt I did have, so I told her, I do not have it that that was all I was given. So she said they would try to find it only after I try to find the receipt. I left after I said I guess I have no other choice, she then followed me all the way to the exit, where I had stopped another employee to ask for a number to contact for a manager in case I do or don't find it, and the assistant manager came up, stopped the employee, radioed the manager "A customer is trying to do a return with no receipt" which they obviously denied. I told her, I'm only asking for a number not your policy and left after it was pointed out on my "not good enough" receipt. Horrible, I am going to the BBB with this lazy and rude...
   Read moreThey have cute things for good prices but it is SO inconvenient you canât try anything on. Iâm almost tempted to undress in the store and just try them on. If you go home and it doesnât work out you can only exchange items for store credit. They wonât lose any money doing it this way. I went during the middle of the pandemic and understood why the fittings rooms were closed but itâs been nearly 2 1/2 years, now theyâre just doing it for convenience to them. Iâve never been treated rudely but when asking the man while as helping me check out a question I said excuse me 3 times louder excuse time until finally the 4th time I said excuse me and waved in his face until he realized.    Read moreThe associates were great and very helpful Manager and store owner extremely rude and violating when we went to use dressing rooms they were unbelievably rude and disrespectful legit blaming cdc guidelines that donât even existâŠ.. then when I asked my daughter to just put everything back the âmanager â went to grab items extremely aggressively in a violating manner everything in my daughters hands in which I had to stop her because we had purchased items from other stores in hand and she was holding bags⊠this store is a joke and should really be taken over by better business practicing owners!
