I walked into the store, to avoid being rained on. Monday December 16th, my job right around the corner, and the moment I walked in with my sister, two women were standing near a rack of clothes, near where the Paris Hilton dog clothes were, I found the dog clothes so cute I reached out to touch it and show my sister, and the moment I did, the woman brings out her radio and says a code, while looking at me, and we instantly knew what that meant. "Possible shoplifter.", we let out an exhausted sigh, and turned to leave after placing the dog clothes back, like we went inside to avoid being rained on, and decided to look around only to be watched the entire time, like man come on.

Why would I steal, DOG CLOTHES, I DONT EVEN OWN A DOG, AND OF ALL THINGS IN THAT STORE YOU THINK I'D GO FOR DOG CLOTHES?! My priorities would be messed up and I'd name myself the dumbest criminal.

I was a girl tired from walking thirty minutes in heels looking for somewhere to sit to avoid being rained on, and quite frankly it's too crowded in there, you should stock those shelves than watch me honey, you gotta lot on your plate already with that filthy store 💁🏿‍♀️

I am so disgusted with this store and the manager Naida. I brought it to the attention of a sales clerk that someone wrote a very racist word on a piece of the merchandise. I saw this sales clerk, bring it to the managers, attention and pointed to me at informed her that I was the one who found it. The manager looked at me and said OK to the sales clerk, and continued to cash out customers. When I reached to the front of the line, I asked the manager if she understood what the sales clerk said to her, and if she knows what happened her reply was “yes”. And when I asked her why she didn’t have any empathy or any commentary about what I had to experience as a customer she went on to lie and make excuse excuses. First, she said she didn’t know what I was talking about, then she said she didn’t know who wrote it , and then she said she was busy with customers that’s why she didn’t say anything, she also said that she wasn’t a racist, her response was pretty much as I took it to mean, I don’t care and what do you want me to do about it because I’m busy in the line. So I left my items there and will never shop at any DD store again. And before the manager tries to lie, we had this conversation in Spanish so she absolutely...

Giving it five stars but I have to say that somebody needs to humble THE CUSTOMERS!!!! I live in this area and the amount of times I have witnessed customers trash the store, be rude to the employees, and overall just be entitled and annoying is ridiculous.

Yesterday I came in and was waiting in line, this lady was ringing up her stuff but she was on the phone the entire time. The cashier tried giving her her bag and the customer screamed at her to the point where OTHER customers in line were screaming at the lady to stop. I wish this company would do something about people like this, like ban them, or literally give their employees more power to handle situations like this.

This is the most tourisity DDs I have been to and maybe it's the culture shock, but the customers need to do better. Be humble because karma will come bite you in the a-
