What can I say this place was absolutely beautiful, comfortable and had many great amenities! Breath taking views and the sunrise and sunsets were beyond beautiful!!! The owner Sharon was absolutely awesome to work with in every way! I absolutely loved this condo the linens were so nice and comfortable and gives you a luxury feel and stay! They make sure you have pretty much any and everything you could need such as a wagon, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas you name it, it was pretty much available. The pool and poolside bar was great as well when the flags were flying dangerous. I would definitely stay here again without pause! The only thing i would complain about and it is absolutely out of the owners hands was the elevator wait at times and parking as well. We stayed at the end of July and at times was worried to find a decent parking spot or one at all for that matter due to how busy grand Panama was when we was there. If you want a comfy, beautiful, peaceful area to stay with no worry this is your place, they also offer a 3brm if you need more room which is awesome! Great location, walking distance from so many attractions, shops, restaurants etc. thanks again for such a great vacation we look forward to booking...

We stayed at this condo for the month of January 2025. It was absolutely wonderful. Our host Sharon has thought of everything to make your stay perfect. It was colder than normal, we even had snow while we were there, but the condo was very well stocked with warm blankets. My daughter would get up early and wrap up in a blanket and sit out on the balcony and watch the sunrise. She loved it! The kitchen is well stocked with very nice dishes and cooking utensils. There wasn’t a crockpot, but my son lives in Panama City so he borrowed us one. We had company come and stay from Minnesota and both couples had their own room so that was great! All in all I can’t say a bad thing about this condo. It was wonderful and beautifully decorated. Thank you Sharon for sharing your vacation home with us. I hope we can come stay...

If you are looking for a place to stay in Panama City Beach you definitely need to use By the Beach Vacations. We stayed at Grand Panama unit 1-901 and it was fabulous. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, also with 2 bunk beds end unit with a large balcony facing the gulf. Sharon is absolutely GREAT to work with and her unit is exactly as pictured. Extremely clean and well stocked. We took my 80 year old dad and 86 year old neighbor and we had the best time. Sometimes you can rent a place and you end up bringing half your stuff from home because you are afraid the place won't have what you may need to use. Not here!!! We will definitely use her again. We got to make very special memories, especially with my dad having stage 4 lung and brian cancer. We can not...
