July 26, 2021 TNS Diamonds & Watches did a service overhaul on my 1984 mfg. Rolex Submariner ref. 16800 at their brick-and-mortar store located in Philadelphia, PA. My Submariner was running very slowly losing time approximately two minutes per day, which is horrendous; it hadn't had service maintenance in 12 years. TNS proprietor, Tony, did a superb job. He said my movement was very dirty and is why it was losing a lot of time every day, which it never lost time before. Tony completely overhauled everything…100% disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication and all rubber seals replaced. I never liked the look of the Rolex OEM flat synthetic sapphire crystal with cyclops date lens on Submariner ref. 16800 (flat synthetic sapphire crystal with cyclops date lens are on all subsequent Submariner models to present day). So, I had Tony install a new acrylic dome crystal cyclops-less that I provided him, which I purchased from Lob Time, Sam, in Hong Kong. The Lob Time acrylic dome crystal is a high-quality low dome crystal (there is high dome and low dome), which makes my Submariner ref. 16800 look gorgeous and look more original; as the earlier Submariners did with their Rolex OEM acrylic dome crystals on those earlier models. Lob Time acrylic dome crystals need to be fitted and Tony did an excellent job. He waterproof tested my Submariner with the ELMA vacuum tester. The test held vacuum equivalent to 200 meters depth in water; and very likely would hold vacuum to deeper depths. Now, my Submariner runs precisely keeping perfect time to the second, and looks fabulist with its new acrylic dome crystal! I am very impressed how perfectly it keeps time now. I've been a customer of TNS for five years and Tony and his son Austin are always professional and personable, it is always a pleasure going to TNS Diamond & Watches for my watch needs. Highly recommended. A+++++
5 years ago: TNS Diamonds & Watches sold my vintage watch for me on consignment, they listed it on their eBay store and also showcased it in their brick-and-mortar store located in Philadelphia, PA. It took a while to sell, but they assured me through the weeks to be patient and it should sell when the "right" buyer finds my watch. They were right, my watch sold at a reasonable market value. Over the weeks when I contacted TNS for status they were always professional and also personable. For their excellent service I will surely give them my business and I highly recommend them for your jewelry...
Read moreI have been working part time Security at a local Jeweler for some 2 years now. All the while I have been waiting for an opportunity to acquire a Rolex. I am not naive; I understand there is a supply and demand issue controlling the market, some may say it has a stranglehold? Even after these past few years, developing both a professional and personal relationship, a Rolex is still beyond reach… Like anyone, I have an idea as to what is my favorite; as well as the difference between what I want and what I can afford. And, when it comes to Rolex, what I can obtain! Understanding I am likely yet another 2 to 3 yrs away from a Rolex locally, I began an expanded search. Of course, an expanded search takes you into uncharted waters, so to speak. Authenticity becomes your first concern, ok, obsession. Just what one needs, another dimension added to their search for a Unicorn. 🤦♂️ Well, I was unbelievably fortunate to find TNS Diamonds. Not only did I find one of my top 3 Rolex watches, I found an unworn one at that (essentially NOS). I reached out to TNS and after a couple emails we struck a deal! Did I mention authenticity? This is a challenge from afar. I did my due diligence and was as satisfied as I possibly could be; that both TNS and “the Watch” were legit. This can be particularly challenging when it comes to Rolex and the need to preserve the integrity of the serial number (to thwart knock-offs). TNS was extremely accommodating to my situation. They were able to afford me some added time and options in satisfying payment. My new Sea Dweller was exactly the same one TNS had listed and was exactly as depicted; what you see is what you get. TNS was attentive to communication and diligent in their transfer of the Watch to my care. And, I have been able to 100% (to my satisfaction) validate the authenticity of the Watch TNS sold me. To sum things up…. TNS is the “real deal”. They have an ever changing supply of some hard to find watches at a reasonable price. The market clearly drives price-point, but individuals drive ridiculousness. If you are in the market for a watch don’t hesitate to buy from TNS. They are a top-drawer 5 Star business. Thank You...

I purchased a Mont Blanc from them and then it magically disappeared...
They received my payment verification, even said they were sending it (i have email proof) and then basically cancel the order...
Never again. Does not seem legit. Dont be fooled.
**After seeing the sorry excuse of an apology below, which this child basically did the same on the phone, Ill go into detail about how unprofessional TNS is...
First - They lie about their stock. They DONT have the pieces and sell on a limb, its so obvious its sickening. We negotiated the same watch for over a week kid, i have proof... emails... phone calls... messages... you even sent me an FEDEX # to track the package... how did that appear if you didn't have the watch, kid?
Second - Super rude on the phone. This child told me to "get over it, its just a watch" after i explained to him that I had to sell it when my father passed away in 2017 to pay for law school. How very human of you...
Third - Instead of offering another piece of equal or greater value, this child was insolent, rude and hostile. He even thought i was threatening him when i said the word "lawyer" - HA!
And for final - instead of worrying about my two bad reviews for other stores, focus on the horrible situation that you have caused. Focus on yourself, youll grow one day if you do.
Im 95% sure this was daddy store that passed down to the pubes... regardless, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, DONT BUY...
