I have been here a few times to pick up food for my mom. I order ahead of time for pick up and the food is NEVER ready before arrival. This last time I called and arrived one hour after ordering. I stood at the window x 10 minutes while they packed orders before being acknowledged. I paid and then was told my order would be up in ten additional minutes. I asked for a refund when I realized it hadn't been made and was told that I could not. Food was made hurriedly. They will receive your money expeditiously but service and wait times are 👎🏼. Food was very sub-par. Not bad but nothing great either. The hot and sour soup was good with mushroom and tofu. The pork dumpling were soggy and very bland. The general tso's chicken was okay. I liked that it was fresh and crispy, but that's about all that was good. I would probably recommend this restaurant for a takeaway, not dine in. I've been ordering from here for about 7 years. The quality has consistently dropped in the last year or so. Last night was my last order from them. The last 5 times I ordered they either send the smallest container of rice they have or no rice at all. 3 separate times we received no rice at all on multiple entrees.
