Brandon deserves a raise!! Yesterday I purchased a replacement head for my Ego trimmer from Ace Hardware in Pigeon Forge. After I took it home, I had trouble removing the old one. I called the store and Brandon said he could help me. When I returned to the store with my trimmer, Brandon was nice, patient and was able to remove the old one and replace it with the new one. He went above and beyond for me. I will be returning to this Pigeon Forge Ace Hardware location for future purchases solely because of Brandon's excellent Customer Service!! Great customer service! I went in looking to buy a window air conditioner which was urgently needed for a elderly family member in her last days...On the website it showed they had three in stock so I went straight to the counter & showed Jon the picture of it, he took me straight to them and loaded it into the cart for me then to the counter to check out, I was in & out with exactly what I went in for in about 10 minutes... All around great experience, I will definitely be a return customer & will recommend this store to everyone...Big...

As a nearby cabin owner this hardware store is heaven sent! It's just a few blocks away and now I don't have to drive literally all the way to Lowe's or home depot. It's a typical great hardware store. Maybe a little more towards travelers rather than folks doing serious projects but they have all the basic hardware and then some.
