I would give a hundred stars if possible. We went and got my daughter a shirt and had it pressed to perfection! She even changed it in the Blazer. She absolutely loves that shirt. On top of the excellent service, I haven't found any friendlier people to talk to and do business with. I love the sloth I got from them. They have bigger ones with different color hoodies for pigeon forge. I love that when the older lady stopped and talked to me like I was family. We talked about me living there and she happily said come on, you come on and live here with us, we would love to have you. I will go here over and over because the service is like family and welcoming. They show true appreciation for your business and go beyond normal service, they are awesome here!!! Not to mention my daughter's best friend found the shirt she loved and even had money sent to her to get ones like hers for her family members and this place went beyond what was necessary to make sure she got what they wanted. Great and friendly place to go. Nothing over $10.00. we love Emma's Place!!! And my husband found his shirt and they let him try it on to find the perfect fit with no...
Read moreBeen coming here for years and nothing has changed! Absolutely terrible! Hermit crabs are mistreated! They're forced to live in painted toxic shells. They live in overcrowded cages that are really bad for them! They're not even fed right, the food thats given to them has copper in them and copper is toxic to hermit crabs!! Heat lamps are also terrible for hermit crabs! Heat pads and acrylic tanks are needed for them along with a bunch of sand lining the bottom. The painted rocks are also very toxic for them! They can't even feed them the correct food! And they give these crabs sponges which aren't actually good for them! The people don't care about these poor creatures. Even found hermit crabs dead here and injured badly!! You people should really learn to care more about these creatures instead of...
Read moreStopped in on the way out of town headed home from vacation for some souvenir t-shirts. Did not notice until I made it 935 miles back home to Texas, that one was missing from the bag. I found the phone number on google and gave them a call. To my surprise the young lady remembered me and my family stopping in and told me that she would be happy to ship the shirt to me. 3 short days later it arrived in the mail. The young lady went above and beyond with her costumer service. When we head back that way, this will definitely be our spot for all our Smoky...
