Old Time Photos Patriot Mills — Local services in Pigeon Forge

The ladies were very sweet. But the pricing was outrageous. We came in there with a group of 23 people. Which I know is alot to handle. We had planned on tipping the 2 ladies that helped us. But after we found out the price. We couldn't. Also we normally like to come up with our own poses or scenes. But they wouldn't let us do that, they posed us themselves and by the bar only. They wouldnt allow us to use other scenes in the shop. We were quoted $10 per person for the sitting fee and $35 per photo printed. And they quoted us $550 for a thumbdrive which I've never experienced before. Normally they are like $65 a thumbdrive. We take old time photos alot. Also as we were sitting there waiting for our photos to be printed, 2 elderly ladies came in and were quoted $25 per photo. We thought that was messed up. We got our photos and left. We won't be back. Go somewhere else. The owner always claims you're leaving a review for the wrong location. But we double checked and this was the right place. We called the day before and confirmed this location would support our group of about 20 people and we were told to show up early as the facility treats customers in a “first come, first serve” format so we showed up about 15 mins early so about 9:45am and eventually, 10:00 arrived. No one was there to open the store until 10:09am and when they arrived, they opened the door and locked it behind them without a word. They eventually unlocked the door and were clearly unprepared for opening time and were irritable at the fact that we were there and wanting to participate in their services and were very rude to my group after we had all waited patiently and planned ahead according to the prior phone call. Well we had a blast taking the pics and the pics came out great. Only complaint is the buying pictures process. He moves so fast and once you say yes I like that one, he presses print! And you say well let's do this one instead, he said too late I already printed it, you bought it. So that was annoying and I somehow ended up with 2 of the same one?? He moved way too fast and pressed print too fast. Lots of pressure during buying process. We ended up buying 6 photos for 200 bucks. We should have just bought the flash drive for...
