Extremely unprofessional- tried to call to inquire about buying a specific stone. Woman answered the phone but just said hello- I asked if it this was the rock spot? Overall I had a good experience here and the staff was really kind to me, however thought it was a bit overpriced for the rocks themselves and there wasn’t as much of a selection as I would’ve hoped, which I saw mentioned in other reviews as well. The jewelry was priced fairly in my opinion given it was handmade by the owners themselves and they are genuinely very talented.
