Pigeon Forge’s Best. — Local services in Pigeon Forge

I am shocked this place has more than a one star. We stopped so I could get an airbrushed shirt made. The people outside said we would pay a total of $30 for the shirt. As soon as we walked in the store, the guy at the register kept rushing me to come up and pay for the shirt, and then he charged me $39. Outside we were told the shirt was $10, and inside he charged me $12.99. The people making the shirts told us it would be an hour wait, so we decided to shop around the store. The entire time we were in the store, the guy at the register kept rushing us to leave, and following us around. It was very rude and offensive.

We found a refrigerator magnet that we liked, but it was the only one left, and happened to have a chip in the top corner. We asked if we could get a discount on it, and we stated we would color it in when we got home. Well, the guy told us he would charge us $5 for the magnet instead of $7 original price, and he proceeded to color in the corner with a marker he had at the register, and told us he was charging us $1 for him coloring it in. We NEVER asked him to do that, and initially I thought he was joking. He didn't give us a receipt after our purchase.

He charged our 16 year old daughter over $80, for keychains and a sweatshirt. Never gave her a receipt either.

After we checked out, we went back out to the shirt building, and they STILL weren't finished, an hour and a half later. We decided to go back in and request receipts from the cashier, because we suspected we were charged extra.

Turns out, he DID charge us extra to color in the magnet, and he was dishonest with our daughter about the price of the items she purchased. He quickly stated all sales are final, and wouldn't reimburse her.

There are NO SIGNS on the doors or around the store stating all sales are final. There is a sign at the register with print so small and so much on it, you wouldn't be able to tell. I will NEVER go here again. They are greedy and dishonest! I feel very taken advantage of and...

I am posting this for my dad. We went to Pigeon Forge on the 25th of August and went to all the shops up and down the strip. My dad was looking for swimming trunks for his size 3x. Well my dad had found some swimming trunks at another store for 17 dollars so he bought them. Well this store had some more that my dad liked. Well this guy wanted like 28 for his trunks. Well my dad ask him if he would give him 3 pairs of these trunks for 19. First the guy try's to act like my dad was a lier and that he didn't buy any trunks down the road cheaper. I even spoke up and told him that he indeed had cause I was standing there the whole time. The guy was still acting like we were lying. Well my dad says if I can prove to u and show u the trunks will u give these to me for 19. The man says yes and they shake hands. Well my dad turns to me and tells me to go get the trunks he just bought out of the truck with the receipt. So I go get them come back in we show him and he says no I can't do it. After he tried to make my dad look like a lier he turns out to be the lier. You would think after telling a man you would do it and acting like he was a lier you would honor your word at least by selling him one pair. But instead he wants to say I love you and not hold up his end of the deal. My dad still bought stuff that night off him. But if we had it to do over we would've just walked out. Probably was a good thing tho he didn't buy the trunks cause we found them for 9.99 right down the road! No joke! The two best stores on the strip are right as soon as you enter the strip they are the 9.99 stores. They have the same stuff if not better than this one! I hope this guy learned something that night, you don't make deals and not keep your word. Bad...

I was in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg with my family recently and on my last day there we stopped at Pigeon Forge Best to get a T Shirt. They really had a large selection and even offered to make certain shirts in larger sizes that were not on the floor. I requested that they make me a particular shirt in size 3XL The clerk said no problem and even showed me the 3XL shirt she was going to use and proceeded to make the shirt. In the meantime we continued to shop and picked up a few other things and went to pick up the shirt and pay for everything...which I did. The clerked stuffed everything into a bag for me and gave me my receipt. I put the bag and stuff into my luggage as we would be leaving the next morning. Upon arriving at home I took out the shirt intending to wear it only to discover that I was given the size 2XL which is not big enough. So far I have not yet been able to get in touch with them by phone and it does not appear they have a website (or one I have found yet) What I would like is for them to make me the correct size I paid for and ship to me at no additional charge. I will return the incorrect shirt if the pay for the return postage. I have not worn the shirt because as soon as I saw it was not the correct size I put it up.

Edit:. I did get in touch with the owner and had to ship back the wrong size at my expense and he did send me the correct size back. Not exactly the way I wanted to do it since it was not my fault...but...
