The UPS Store — Local services in Pigeon Forge

PER STAFF MEMBER @ GOOGLE BUSINESS: This address is listed with Google Business as a FRAUDULENT address. It cannot be used to list your business. If you try to use this address as a place to receive mail because you work out of your home and do not want your home address published all over the internet, your GOOGLE BUSINESS account will IMMEDIATELY be suspended. Then it will take WEEKS to get your account reinstated and your business placed on Google. How's that for lost income for a start up business?!?

Of course the store is aware of this but would rather scam you out of your $85 for a mail box for 3 months than to tell you the truth. We had purchased the box and had the key for LESS than 3 HOURS when I called and told them of the situation and requested a refund and offered to bring the key right back. I was flat out refused and basically told 'too bad for you'. TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE, COURTESY OR SATISFACTION.

I know the staff were very busy chit chatting and gossiping when we arrived while there were other Customers waiting at the counter. It would be nice if the staff cared enough to tell you their boxes cannot be used for the purpose we were wanting to use it for when they were EXPRESSLY told what we were needing the mail box for. Shame the staff were inconvenienced by our actually expecting to be assisted properly and ETHICALLY.

And Yes, We did call the store and request a Manager to call us back to discuss the matter. Neither the Manager or Owner or even a Staff Member EVER returned our calls. Since this is a franchise store, Corporate refuses to help in any way. Pathetic all around.

We will NEVER NEVER do business with this store again. And most likely will never do business with UPS again either. Too bad. I always thought UPS was a better...

Carol seemed super friendly, but boy was that deceiving.. I literally am always friendly to anyone that meets me. I was shipping a CBD isolate lotion and brownie with 0% thc . I previously looked up ups ability to ship and state laws just to be safe. Both were very legal. The minute she found out what I was shipping, her entire persona completely flipped. Carol Very rudely told me they are not allowed to ship and was talking to me like I was scum. I am local and worked customer service for years, though this encounter I had definitely took the cake for rudeness. I don’t mind being denied but to be denied and treated so rudely. If you can’t handle the opportunity to be kind to someone then you should not be working with people. I get on here to find out that she is rude to so many people. I’m truly astonished that she hasn’t had to take training on how to be nice to people or forced to deal with whatever personal problems she has so she doesn’t lash out on...

Whenever on the road UPS is my mailroom worldwide to send gifts to the grandkids. Was visiting Pigeon Forge and had gifts for grandkids in Wisconsin and New Mexico that I boxed up. Stopped in and paid attention (as I know each UPS is individually owned) as I review every UPS I have visited. Not only was service tops - no waiting, pleasant and knowledgeable staff, my account called up by my phone numer even though it was my first time here - a special shout out to Megan who handled all efficiently and pleasantly (including a new address for the family that moved plus some extra insurance). All in all top quality mail service in Pigeon Forge and grandkids gifts are safely on their way. C-Suite take notice of your great assets, Megan AND her pleasant colleagues Desi, Vicki, and Holly. They deserve a citation and bonus, they are a reason you carry on the high UPS standards. If you need...
