Excellent everything! Great WiFi! Beautiful CLEAN upscale cabin, decorated tastefully! Lodge type leather furniture :-) In a safe, neat neighborhood! Only about 3 miles from Kroger’s grocery, gas stations, kids park, and walking/running track, restaurants and lots of shopping close by as well. Has the feeling of privacy, but yet close to everything!!!BIG CLEAN GLASS WINDOWS where you can see outside! In wintertime the Parkway can be seen at a distance, and you can see the side view of the Lighted Ferris Wheel ( which is located at the Island!). Day and Night time from the covered deck is so pretty..Clean outside rocking chairs on outside covered deck. The covered back deck gives you a feeling of being in the treetops, but the front of cabin is easy access to/for parking. Asphalt parking so nice! *No mud if it rains! * NOT ALOT Of STEPS * to get into/or out of the cabin! That’s important in the mountains!! (A lot of cabins have lots of outside steps. :-/) This cabin is EASY to get into. Yay!!!Kitchen has lots of up to date pots and pans, nice dishes suited for a cabin in the mountains, plenty of glasses, coffee mugs, lots of silverware... not junky at all! All the utensils you need for cooking a variety of meals. Thank goodness!!! Bedding is upscale, very nice mattress not too hard, not too soft. Just right! Fine quality linens, quilts, pillows, towels and wash cloths!We enjoy the rock wood burning fireplace which is available seasonally! Oh! A wonderful wooden rocking chair beside the fireplace!Upstairs is very roomy! I like that the pool table has a cover on it since we don’t play pool. The cover makes it disappear. ;-) The desk upstairs is a great place for a laptop and office work if needed.I love this cabin! We have stayed lots of places in Pigeon Forge. Peaceful Getaway has by far been our favorite cabin to stay in while in Pigeon Forge. We recently spent our anniversary is this cute little piece of Heaven and our 5th overall visit to the cabin. We have yet to find another cabin in the area that is as clean and convenient as Peaceful Getaway. The owners are amazing and easy to make contact with. In fact, several yrs ago it was calling for snow on our visit. Tara (owner) made contact w us several times the week leading up to our visit to make sure we had all the necessities in case we got snowed in. How many owners do that personally?? This beautiful little cabin has the perfect location; 5min ride to The Island and roughly 20min ride into Gatlinburg. Whether you spend it with your significant other or with your family, you cannot go wrong with Peaceful Getaway!! We WILL...

Our family of 4 spent 4 wonderful days in Peaceful Getaway. The cabin was very clean, beds very comfortable, WiFi was great and well stocked with everything we needed. The view from the porch was gorgeous. We enjoyed the hot tub at night while admiring the view of the lights from Pigeon Forge at night. We competed in many games of pool :-) It felt like home away from home, even our teenagers didn’t mind hanging out in the cabin and weren’t ready to leave. Cabin is close to everything but yet in a quiet peaceful location. Tara was great to work with from booking to check out. She is just a text away with any needs. We will definitely be back!
