I go here several times, the attitude is ugly, the service is mediocre, my orders have been wrong several times and they’re rude to fix their own mistakes. I had an incident that topped the cake. A barista tipped herself with my own card before letting me press the button to confirm. I found it weird because it always asked you to tip but this time it didn’t and I found it weird but I didn’t think of it too much because they’re always having system issues all the time but I checked my receipt after I parked at my destination, which was less than 10 minutes after my transaction, and after I got what I ordered. I found out that the barista tapped herself when I didn’t press for a tip and I called customer service. The employee who first helped me denied wanting to help me whatsoever. Even when I told them about everything showed on my account they still refused. I ended up talking to a different customer service agent, and that Agent actually helped me gave me my money back apologize for the incident and let me know that they would receive feedback at this location. Read moreI'm here a few times a week but th last two days in a row they've messed up my drink. The exact same thing I always get. Yesterday it had no sweetener 😒 but I let it go. Maybe someone was training. Mistakes happen. Today I watched them make a mistake on my drink by adding whipped cream, try to fix it by scraping it off (leaving chunks, and im lactose intolerant) and put it on the counter. I requested a remake, which was very quick so I asked if it still had the 4 shots of blond espresso in it because it didn't taste like coffee at all. She said yes. I finish my drink and there was undoubtedly 0 shots added to it. I'm still just as tired as I was before, which was the entire point of a $13 coffee. I order online to avoid these issues, but I'll be going in and bringing it up now. Hate to be a Karen, but I don't like getting sick from someone's mistake, and I really don't like being tired all day because she decided not to add the espresso when I asked for a new coffee 😒 I'll update if they fix...

One scrunched her face and looked me up and down (assuming cause i was in a work uniform or cause i didn’t stop?), just preceeds to stare at me with a dirty look then the woman beside her saids that “when you place an online order stop at the microphone” just in an overall rude and snobby tone.
