Caputo's Online — Local services in Salt Lake City

I just had a stellar customer experience with Caputo's. I had ordered before several times a perishable product from them and never had any issues (Isigny butter which is delicious). This time my order was delayed due to no fault of Caputo's. They had sent it by 2nd day delivery through the courier. For some reason, the courier decided that they will deliver it 7 days later (maybe to delays for the 4th of July holiday or some other reason but that is no excuse considering this is a perishable item). The product arrived absolutely spoiled (warm, completely melted, had a rancid smell, ice packed were melted). I contacted Caputo's and explained the situation. They immediately apologized for the incident and sent a replacement order. This time, it was delivered on time and in perfect condition (cold, ice packs were still frozen). They even added a chocolate bar to the order. I purchased a pound of Val D’Aosta DOP Fontina & It was SENSATIONAL.!!! I'm from the great state of Wisconsin, and we're the 'Dairy' state, and we're know as "Cheeseheads"!!! i live in Milwaukee WI, which is known as Brew or Suds City, and cheese & beer are a classic combo here.!! So when it comes to cheeses, we know our 'CURDS' and this Val D’Aosta DOP Fontina is earthy, well balanced, and slightly creamy. I prefer aged cheeses, the more aged it's firmer. Thus, when I say it's "slightly creamy", that's the initial impression, then as it's warms in your mouth, it gets creamier and creamier... it's SPECTACULAR.!!! Thusly, I thought I fell into Heaven... This was without question, the BEST Fontina cheese I've ever eaten... AND that's a HUGE endorsement from a guy from the Great Cheese State of Wisconsin... Don't believe me, GOOGLE Wisconsin, and read all about the award winning cheese Wisconsin produces... and a lot of them get deep-fried, yet NOT this, it grand just...

After searching for marinated anchovies (Boquerones) for the longest time and getting the usual pizza style anchovies in error, I finally found and took a chance on Caputo's and much to my delight I just opened my delivery of Nassari Marinated Boquerones (anchovies) from Caputo's Online and they are De-lic-ous!!! Not only that, but Caputo's went above and beyond with amazing customer service from Reana when my first delivery was ruined by USPS putting it in a parcel locker in 100+ deg temps!! When I reached out to Caputo's to see if they would still be safe to eat they said no and immediately offered a replacement which was delivered in a speedy manner via FedEx and contained a 'sweet' surprise ( some amazing chocolate) too boot!!
