I really like parking here. It does take take forever to exit and it’s easy to find my car again. The elevator works well & the stairwells aren’t gross or scary. The only annoying thing is that sometimes it’s free, sometimes it’s $5, sometimes $10. Never know what you’ll get. They usually have attendants at the entrance and exit to help with the ticket machines, but last time I was there, there weren’t attendants, and the entrance didn’t print me a ticket/receipt so I didn’t know how to get out when I was leaving. I had to call the phone number and they told me to just tap my credit card again and then it let me out. So that was confusing but anyways it is a good...
Read moreConsidering we were only parked for 5 minutes at first just to find out our destination had been closed indefinitely, we sure weren't going to pay the $2.00 they tried to charge us for parking. The security person clearly didn't understand our question about validating so we didn't have to pay, and she tried to have us pay the 2 bucks. We finally got her to understand why we didn't think we should have to pay, and we were finally able to speak with city creek parking and they let us out. Read moreWe parked here to go grab food from a restaurant after 8pm. When we came back to the door for the elevator it was locked. Thankfully there are other reviews on here reporting the same situation, so we were able to see we had to walk back up to the vehicle entrance and contact security from the ticket box. They then opened the door and let us in. This makes no sense and needs to be fixed, why are they letting cars up if your going to get locked out once you leave the parking garage, and to make matters worse we had to pay...
