If Cody is still there, then run for the hills. I ordered a suit for my wedding on a tight schedule, but was assured that it would arrive in time. About a week before leaving for my wedding, I called Cody for a status update. He informed me that the order was cancelled because the fabric that I had requested was no longer in stock. I would have never known that my suit wasn't going to arrive if I hadn't called. Cody then hung up the phone on me and told me they won't do business with me anymore (because I cussed in the heat of the moment, despite him cussing multiple times during my consultation). It was more of an excuse to brush the mistake under the rug than take responsibility for his mistake.
I contacted Bespoke, their sister store, for contact information of the owner (since Cody refused to talk to me) who apologized profusely. The service recovery effort is the ONLY reason I'm giving two stars instead of one star. Brandon re-sized me and rush ordered a suit for me (with a more expensive fabric) and gave me a discount. They also promised me a complimentary dress shirt that never arrived.
Although the the suit arrived just in time, Cody, out of all people, was the person who was helping me try on my suit. He told me it fit fine, despite me noticing significant sleeve pitch and unevenness in the sleeves (the photo speaks for itself). I'm assuming Cody let me walk out of that store without alterations was out of spite.
Once I got home, I called the store owner again and complained about the fit. I met with a different associate (Brandon) who confirmed that the fit was horrible. They did an overnight rush alteration for me. It still didn't fit quite right, but I had to catch a flight to my wedding.
Thanks to Cody and his incompetence, the suit was the most stressful part of our entire wedding. Other than that, best day of my life!
The only reason Cody hasn't already been canned is because he's very good friends with the brother of the owner. Nepotism takes precedence over the quality of the business here,...

I went in months early to get a tuxedo made for my wedding. They sent my measurements out of the country and I was told there was plenty of time and not to worry. The tux came back along with my best man's suit and they both fit horribly. The pants couldn't be buttoned, the leg measurement was six inches too short, the shirt sleeves were baggy and too short, the lapel on the tux was incorrect... They got sent out yet again, and came back a month later still poorly fitting. I thought a custom fitted suit was supposed to fit better than off the rack?! I thought the measurements taken were to avoid the guessing game. Not with this company. I get the tux back ONE DAY before my wedding and the shirt still does not fit correctly, there is a hole in the pants near the stitching and there were wrinkles in every piece of clothing. This is additional stress that is not needed for a wedding and such a let down.
I called to seek retribution and was told that I could get a small discount off a future suit. After the months of stress and continual failures on H.M. Cole's part, I asked for a discount and money return on part of my tux since it was still not the way I wanted it and did not plan on buying another expensive suit that fit poorly. Daniel, the man in charge gave me his word that he would refund me money and pay for alterations to my suit to make it the way I wanted. Four months later, still nothing. Yet again, I had to reach out and he said they weren't able to pay me.
No one should support this business, they are terrible at communicating, they provide custom suits that fit worse than off the rack, expensive even for over seas, and most importantly, they will go back on their word at the first...

I was contacted immediately, and Cameron didn't get defensive. He listened and then he provided options for me so I could choose the best way to move forward.
I was so impressed with the experience that not only did I end up having a great first order, I've ordered SEVERAL others.
And when my son was getting ready for Prom, I took him to Cameron and HM Cole to get his first bespoke suit as part of his Prom experience.
He went from thinking a suit was a "whatever" experience to being blown away. HM Cole didn't just get us some awesome suits and sports coats.
It is an experience to look forward to. I'm grateful I stumbled on to HM Cole and look at it as a "Happy Accident."
But after Cameron did such an incredible job with me...and then with my son...
Our needs were met, our EXPECTATIONS were met (and they were high), and I don't ever see me turning anywhere else.
