Swarovski City Creek Center — Local services in Salt Lake City

I went in purchased some earrings. I liked them but did not realize until I got back to hotel that they would not work for me. I went back to the store the same day, a few hours later and returned the items for a refund. Now let me also state that I purchased this using a debit transaction, so the funds were immediately taken out. The sales person told me that the funds would be returned within 24 hours. I called back when funds were not returned. I was then told by another salesperson it would take 7-10 business days for the money to be returned.
