CHANEL FRAGRANCE AND BEAUTY BOUTIQUE — Local services in San Antonio

I went to store to pick up a few new stuff and walked out without buying anything. I understand SAs are busy to assist other clients but at least they should welcome other clients to walk to boutique and acknowledge them. When I walked to store SA was busy to take care current customers. I didn't even welcomed yet "patiently" waited for my turn but she started taking care of other clients who walked after me. Store wasn't even that busy and this is so annoying. SAs should get enough training to prioritize waiting clients rather than helping clients who just walked to store. A small communication goes a long way! It felt like I was ignored, no communication happened ! They can welcome customers even though they're busy with their current clients. If I don't get to greeted and being valued as a client, what's the purpose of bothering to go to store and paying Chanel prices? I rather to shop through my Nordstrom SA because I feel like she values me as a customer and always showers me with gifts. Great customer service should not be negotiable with...

I tend to shop online more nowadays, but what I wanted was sold out so I went to the store.

I went in to look for my item and Evelyn was the one that helped me. She was very attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable about the different products. She was also very no pressure, which I always appreciate because I dislike feeling like I'm obligated to make a purchase. She definitely made the shopping experience fun for me and my daughter.

While we were there, I also noticed several people come in, and Evelyn made sure to welcome and acknowledge them as well.

She made my daughter's day when she gave her a little Chanel shopping bag with a perfume and lip color...

Love this store! The associates are extremely patient and very knowledgeable on the product as well the history of Chanel. You get the associates that remember you and know exactly what you want. My associate was Skyler and I really enjoyed working with her. As well as Evelyn.
