Starbucks — Restaurant in San Antonio

Personnel look overwhelmed with the amount of guests and orders. If I’m visiting this Starbucks during off peak hours, the food and beverages are usually tastier, but if it’s a weekend then forget about friendly and attentive service: two iced beverages were not sweet, but supposed to (and that’s the main Starbucks thing - lots of syrups). Mozzarella sandwich was overcook and the top part was as hard as a rock and absolutely inedible, I also didn’t like that they still dump dirty chili packets right inside the food package and contaminating my food; banana loaf was warmed together (?) with something containing sausage and smelled weird (and also barely had any nut topping). I am a regular/returning customer for the last year since I moved to San Antonio and I wanted to post a review quick about my experience today. There is a partner/barista that works here by the name of Nate. I’ve ordered from him several times (with him even giving me different customizations I can tweak to my drinks during the fall season), he’s been on the bar working like a crazy lad during the holiday season when the store is PACKED and still smiles between each drink order, and always so charismatic.

Just left this location and I am so upset and disappointed with the staff!! I used to work near by and was regular. I never have had a problem with them till today. The male who was I assume was a shift leader (I really hope he wasn't a manger because of how unprofessional he was) was extremely rude to me and my fiancé. He had an A&M lanyard and looked to be in his late 40's. My fiancé accidentally threw away an empty honey bear bottle and when he looked up to ask if it was okay that he threw it this individual snapped and spoke towards him with an AWFUL attitude. It was rather embarrassing as it his volume was at a relatively high volume. I will definitely be contacting corporate and management of this store.
