I really appreciate Andrew Rosales for assisting me when I visited this location a few days ago. Andrew really did his best to make me feel welcome and confident in the jewelry I was simply admiring as, they didn’t have the item i originally went there to purchase in stock although, he kindly reassured me with his excellent customer service by letting me know that he can order the item I was interested in purchasing through him and that he’ll get it to me as soon as possible where I then asked him to show me around the store that way I can see if there’s anything else that I’d want to purchase where he then began to show me a lot of lovely pieces & eventually, I found a platinum ring I love! This new ring I recently purchased is absolutely stunning and I wouldn’t even have bought it if he didn’t give me his honest opinion. Unlike other sales associates at locations other than Tiffany&Co I really don’t think they simply care about getting a sale but instead I truly believe they want the customer to truly love what they see and only buy it when and if they love that piece. I plan on returning to this location soon and I’m hoping he’s able to assist me in purchasing the ring I have in mind although, I’m unsure if I want the $18,000+ one or the $30,000+ one, I’m sure he’ll give me an honest opinion by weighing out the pros and cons with me to make sure I buy what I truly want by explaining to me how much better it really is where I’ll then consider if it’s an investment I’m looking to make. Read moreI’m sad to write a bad review about Tiffany & co. We’ve bought so many pieces of jewelry from Tiffany & co from 2003 until this year. I lost a ring many years ago so my husband wanted to replace it for my birthday . That ring style is retired , so he ordered something similar to it from a lady at the store, when the package was delivered it clearly wasn’t the ring we ordered it was a gold bangle diamond bracelet , honest people we contacted them to notify them of the mixup . I took the bracelet in to the store needless to say it was a 9500.00 bracelet they’ve been trying to find. Very thankful we retOscasalesman in store , ordered me the correct ring, said i would have it no later than Thursday . He put a rush shipment on it for the mix up. Today i called to see when it would be delivered . The lady told me she would have to look into this and have Oscar call me back. A hour or so goes by and Oscar called me back left a message thanking me for returning the bangle bracelet , and said he doesn’t know what happened but more than likely they sold out of that ring, so it’s no longer avbl, but they have one on hold from 10-5-2022 for someone else , but we refunded you your money said this twice to me! My husband ordered this ring on 9-26 never got it bc of their mix up, then return their mix up, to order ring again.. to be told someone else is getting the one ring avbl company wide who put it on hold 10-5. So disappointed in all of this .. hey they got their missing 9500.00 bracelet back tho win...
Read moreSo this was my second visit for T&Co. both times I went was for a birthday gift given to me. First time my bf was with me, and second time I was alone. The first time I went was a great experience, great sales gal. However, second time I had to ask for help. I guess because I was dressed down this time, and not like the last we were both dressed business casual. The sales guy was really nosey. Some odd reason I had this feeling like he was thinking that I must've been making up a pretend companion, lol. So I ended up getting myself with the $$$ my bf gave me a Return to Tiffany Bracelet, which yeah I'm actually now thinking about taking it back, because after having it for a week. I'm not overwhelmed with the looks of it. Looked great inside the case, not on my wrist. I have to admit, the store is very clean,I'd rather buy something else besides a bracelet that's annoying the hell out of me when I type, or do anything. Of course I can take it off, buy why waste money to see the item in the box. So this weekend I'll be "RETURNING TIFFANY to the Store..." Let's hope they don't give me any B.S about not taking it back... because says "Please Return to Tiffany&Co NYC .925" So it shall be returned just not really that happy with this purchase. Maybe I'll find something better this weekend at their store....
