Simply wanted to return my online order or exchange for a different item. Waited and waited by the registers but no cashier came. Then finally one shows up but tells me I need to go to the register in the front room (which I never saw because it's the world's tiniest table in the corner) and then checks out another customer. I get to the front room, and the cashier THERE tells me I have to go the register I just came from. I told her they wouldn't take care of me there, but she just kept arguing that I had to go to the back, which now had a line of 4 people. Ended up leaving without getting my return processed. We went there earlier today so my wife could use her gift card where you spend $75.00 and get $25.00 off. The store was nicely layed out and the employees all greeted us and assisted is when needed. They are way more sociable than the VS at North Star mall and Ingram mall (the Ingram employees in Pink didn't even acknowledge us, they just were standing in a group talking to each other.) Went there today, it was SO HOT in the store, people where just dropping items and walking out. STAFF DIDNT CARE. we were not the only ones asking why it was so hot, no answer, all they cared about is asking EVERYONE to sign up for rewards and no attempt to speed things up.
