I normally love this boutique for trendy pieces but had an unfortunate experience that put a bad taste in my mouth. I had purchased a romper right before a vacation, not able to try it on because I was in a rush. The romper did not end up working so I tried to return it after I returned. Admittedly, I was 6 days past 30 days (life gets in the way of returns) but I figured with the receipt and tags still on, I could at least get store credit. Nope, the policy is exactly 30 days. Anything beyond that and you're out of luck. I recognize this policy is clearly listed, but I had hoped as a frequent customer and only being a few days past the return window, there would be some grace. Disappointed that I won't be shopping at this boutique...

Very poor quality jewelry tarnished after ONE use, terrible customer service bought a pair of jeans that appeared to have fit initially. Wore them, they kept slipping down and wrinkled everywhere, so I thought maybe they’re too big and decided to go in to exchange for a smaller size they wouldn’t have it, ‘assistant manager’ came out and said since I took the tag off they won’t be able to resale them.
