I don't really do reviews, but I feel obligated to, to make sure this doesn't happen to other people.
I bought $1700 of jeans as I was trying out a bunch of different sizes/colors (hate ordering so much, but unfortunately it was necessary in COVID times). I ended up keeping one of them and returning the other $1500 worth. Over 3mo later, by some miracle, I remembered to check my credit card bill - and couldn't find a reimbursement on it. When I wrote, they (barely) apologized and quickly reimbursed the funds.
Initial order: May 27, 2020 Return date: within 2 weeks of that date My email to them: Sep 7, 2020
If you return things, make sure to keep an eye on your credit card. I hate that I even have to do that...
Read moreI went into the store last weekend and picked out two pairs of jeans. One to be ordered, and then altered and one to be altered. When I arrived a week later, I found out my jeans were incorrectly altered to what I had been promised. I had selected them for an event this week and the store's only option was to refund the amount and make it my problem to find a new pair of jeans, including paying for expedited shipping online and also make it my issue to get them altered. Moreover, I later learned the second pair of jeans, which arrived and were sent off to be altered were on a special veteran's day sale and no one told me, so I spent an unnecessary $60, along with a lot of unnecessary time. Astonishingly vacant staff with no idea of what they were doing or that the customer might want to spend money meant this place lost a sale.
The entire time in the store can be summed up by the truly memorable line from one particularly vacuous staff member, who had no idea of the irony of their statement, when the eventual reply was: "Oh, I'm sorry, I couldn't hear you. The music is too loud"
