The Sprout SF team has gone above and beyond during the pandemic to create a safe, fun experience. They scheduled a private appointment before the store opened. Their pre-screening of products saved us hours of research, and we found many of the brands we did find during research at their store. We had a personal challenge with UPS delivering correctly to our address and while we dealt with sorting that out, they worked with us to have items held in store or shipped to my parents. (I'd say about 90% of our baby stuff came from them, so there were a lot of moving parts!)

They balance eco-friendly products with a down-to-earth mindset. Super responsive and helpful whenever we ran into a challenge. It's a comfort as we head into new parenthood to find businesses like this that lighten the lift and take a human-centered approach to everyday...

Fully support this local business. —— Mika is super helpful, friendly and nice to us (by the way, if you need help picking up stroller or car seat, she's your person! highly recommended), we got our portable stroller as well as RAVA car seat here at the store. There's a staff at the store and on the phone with us who were very very rude to me for no obvious reason... I made formal complaint to the store manager but the rating stays at one star until I receive satisfactory explanations...

I have just had one of the top customer service experiences of my life! Long story short: I had purchased a crib from Sprout that had purported to also function as a co-sleeper on their website. Indeed it was not (much to my disappointment), and rather than saying 'tough luck', Sprout provided me a partial refund in order to buy a co-sleeper.
