Was a customer for 2 years post pandemic. Some of the stylists are great, but noticed lately it has been more and more inconsistent.

Recent experience turned me off of the whole thing, arrived at the exact appointment time. Nobody at desk, so just sit down and review some email. 20 minutes pass, I wonder what is up, ask if my stylist is there.

Stylist is there, still working on what is clearly a long project with someone's hair. Stylist could not be bothered to ack presence of customer with a confirmed appointment.

The owner, to her credit, seemed very apologetic. Maybe this is normal on Saturdays, maybe it is a picky clientele that tends to make a one hour appointment longer? I don't know, but if you book, I would avoid weekends or other busy times, because clearly they don't seem to be able to honor reservation times consistently - this was the 4th time there was a delay of...

I have never done any hair coloring (highlights, balayage, etc.) on my hair and have been wanting to do it for awhile, but just never had the courage to! After doing some research and seeing the great reviews here, I decided to book an appointment with Wendy.

Wendy was fantastic. I showed her reference photos, and she helped me go with a full balayage (over partial, which I had originally selected) as that would give me the look I wanted. I also asked her for advice on layers and we decided to go with long layers in the back and framing in the front. She was kind and wonderful throughout the entire process - it was genuinely a very therapeutic experience, and I really had a great time.
