Save for bars you need to visit in Savannah! The first time I went to Savannah I was so confused when asked if I wanted to take my drink to-go?! there aren’t many cities in the US where it’s legal to drink & walk around so I was pumped when I found out Savannah is one of them! 🍫 Jens & Friends - amazing dessert cocktails! I’m talking Reese’s, s’mores, Rice Krispies, you name it. Get it to go! ✨ Peregrin - cute rooftop bar with stunning views of Savannah 🍑 Cafe at City Market - get their famous peach sangria to go! 🍻 Riverside Biergarten - super cute patio area on the river front! 🥒 PS Tavern - go for their famous pickle vodka shot, don’t knock it till you try it! 🌳 Treehouse - for a more late night/clubby vibe Fun fact: I love Savannah so much I had my bachelorette here in 2018 🤪 #savannah #savannahga #savannahgeorgia #georgia #georgiausa #usa #usatravel #usa🇺🇸

Terrible customer service. We saw this restaurant when we were walking Savannah and liked the look of their menu. We figured we would come back for dinner, to-go. This is where it went down hill. Looked them up online and called the number to place an order, no one picked up the phone even after several attempts. Decided to drive down and order in person. Upon arrival, noticed that the restaurant hardly had any customers and asked why they didn't pick up their phone. The response was "We just don't use it". We had questions concerning some pricing on the online menu which our server could not answer, even after I should her the menu on my tablet. As you can see we got 2 entrees and 2 drinks. The Ribeye Stroganoff (left) and the Blackened Chicken Alfredo and 2 Peach Sangria's. When the server gave me the TO-GO drinks, they had no lids; asked for lids, she said she couldn't give me any. When she rang me out I also noticed that the price was more than advertised on their website menu. I will say that the flavor of the food was okay, the stroganoff was very bland and I've had way better in other restaurants. They do give generous portions. The sangria was the best part of the meal.

Service was lacking. (very aware most places have a staff shortage but the lack of customer care and friendly service was obvious) Was seated outside at a dirty table with dirty chairs ( like greasy arm rests and puddles of a liquid in 2 of the seats) with food all over the ground. We were informed by 3 separate staff members that our server would be with us shortly but none offered to even get us waters while we waited for 10 additional minutes. One server was blatantly rude when we asked if she was our server as all the other tables that were seated after us were served. When using the restroom most of the staff were hanging out in the drink station chatting. The bartender was very rude when we asked for change for a cash tip for our server at the end. Food was mediocre. The pizza was cold and doughy but they removed it from the bill. The spinach dip came out in a plastic to go container was very bland. Not a great dining experience and the food is nothing to write home about. The peach sangria is the only reason to go... but go find yourself a better dining experience.

Seated and one person in our party asked about ingredients for a drink and the waitress disappeared for several minutes by the time she came back we were all ready to order. We, had a party of 7 people and read on the menu that gratuity was added for a party of 6 or more. So, with that a top was already added no matter what type of service we received. With that being said after ordering we waited and watched other patrons come and get waited on and still no drinks or water. Finally another worker brought some of the drinks and wasn’t sure what else needed to be brought. I had to ask for a menu because I wasn’t sure what the name of the drink I wanted she brought the remainder of the drinks and they weren’t all served correctly meaning the peach drink was to have sugar on the rim and it came with salt. The food eventually came out and we were all sharing appetizers no plates were offered no napkins were offered the spinach dip came in a plastic cup and was not a good presentation as it was not served hot. The shrimp and grits I shared with my sister in law was not presented well the grits were in a dry lump and not very hot. We were not checked on eventually we got our water and asked for napkins and finally got them. We totaled up our own tickets my husband looked for a general manager to only speak with a young gal at the bar that said she was the manager. The waitress finally came with the bill on a handheld thing no preprinted bill to look over had an issue with giving back change and an attitude. My, husband again spoke with the bar “manager”. She, said they are having issues with things did not offer any refunds for our meal. Very, disappointed as we are on vacation and this was a very poor customer service. Ultimately we could be treated anyway they chose as the tip was already added. I definitely would not recommend this especially since we saw other tables...

Service and location seemed good and so did the menu. Whoever upon receiving the food it was close to inedible. Greater mediorcre food does not exist. On top of that our bill was 300 dollars for 7 people. We figured we would just forget about it until we received our bill which had prices that dud not match the menu. After finding what could have been the manager or a server (im not sure she was sitting at a table on her phone) i was told the menu prices did was cash only. This was not informed or advertised and was clearly a way to scam people. On top of that they bring the check with the "card" prices before even knowing if you are paying with cash or not. I assume they would come up with a different excuse if paying with cash. When I questioned the lady about the prices I was then told it was credit cars fees on every individual item stating: "you know how the economy is now". That response was shocking and not a way to justify. On top of this credit cars fees are allways added at the end of the bill (3% for example) in this case $1.50 was added to every item with not explanation on the receipt either. We paid and left as we did not want to argue... all in all terrible and incredibly overpriced food with fake prices. If the excuse is bad economy, this the opposite of how buisness should be done in a bad economy. Only would think if there is less customers you would want to make sure the few customers come to your establishments. Here they work to do...

Came on a Saturday so expected a wait which turned out to be a reasonable 20 minutes. There are places to sit outside in shade so it wasn't terrible. We got inside and I immediately noticed several tables with menus and they clearly had not had anyone to their table yet and I watched them walk in as we were sitting outside waiting.

They could, and should, remove a table or three inside to allow a little more room for diners to not be sitting atop one another where you are bumping elbows.

The folks behind us ordered an appetizer and about 15 minutes later she brought it out and asked if they needed anything else. Uhm, ya, to order food? She didn't think they wanted any.

We waited a few minutes for a server, got drinks, waited quite awhile longer to place our order then quite a bit longer for the food, which we saw sitting and waiting to be served for about 5 minutes.

I ordered some fettuccine dish with shrimp and lemon. It was very lemony but not unpleasant however it was waaaaay overpriced ($15+ with tax) for the portion size and four shrimps. Those in my group got sandwiches which they said were bland and the potatoes tasteless. It appeared there were only three cooks and not nearly enough servers if the disgruntled customers around us, waiting FOREVER for service was any indication.

Honestly? Skip it. Pay less, get more and taste more outside of this place. Not the most horrible experience but not an overly...
