I was a little late to the skin care game and have been playing a bit of catch up as I age. I was a sun worshipper in my younger years who was terrible about using sunscreen and keeping my face protected from the sun in general. I have dabbled with Botox/Dysport as well as microneedling but I was really looking for something that would produce results from within and last a bit longer. When I read about the Pico fractional laser I knew I wanted to try it. Evening out pigmentation from sun damage, boosting collagen production, reducing pore size and improving fine lines?! I was in! I live in Alaska and wanted to experience my first treatment from an experienced & reputable business. I received my first treatment in May of 2025 while visiting Seattle and must say, I am sold! My skin has a smoother texture and looks more firm. The healing was super easy and not painful AT ALL. About a week after my treatment a bartender at SeaTac returned my ID and commented "Wow! I'm not THAT far off too often. You look great for your age!" About a week after that I ran into a group of friends back home and they asked what I have been doing because I was "glowing". Updated February 24, 2025: I just wrapped up my 2nd session and wanted to share some updated thoughts. Chelsey was good—she made the experience comfortable and I did notice about a 60% hair reduction on 1 body part after my first session. I do recommend this business for LHR because it has good staff, and the service works.

Still disappointed with the pricing, which is clearly decided by the owner and has nothing to do with the services rendered by the technicians. In this economy, especially when laser hair removal is hundreds or even thousands of dollars, it's really disappointing to have had the experience I did.

Posted January 2025: I recommend looking at prices for several months before purchasing anything. I purchased the January 2025 special and now the February 2025 special (for the same locations) is cheaper; I feel bad about my entire purchase now.

I like the technician I saw, and she did a good job and was personable. I have seen the hair fall out from 1 session.

But again, I paid 2 weeks ago and could've saved money by waiting 2 weeks. I advise watching prices for awhile before...

Long term, the lasting results of laser treatment have been excellent! I have since been to another clinic for laser treatment and have seen that their laser/technique is not nearly as effective as Aesthetic Lasers. It was an interesting "experiment" but a true testimony as to the expertise your clinic offers. I do intend to come back. Experience with the staff - there was one instance when I felt the technician rushed though a treatment session, but the clinic corrective response was very prompt and proved to be an overall good customer service experience in the end. In generally, all the technicians have been friendly and genuine. Working in the customer service industry I cannot stress the importance of greeting everyone with a warm and friendly smile. The technicians do this well - in addition to their jobs! If there was an area of improvement, I did feel like the front desk attendant could do more inviting. She did her job of checking in clients but seemed very "cool". There was nothing she did that was impolite, but at the same time she never seemed...
