I usually don't frequent this location and today I made the huge mistake of not going to Winfield dunn location and trying them out! Every year on my birthday Ive gotten an email for a free drink and simply showed this to employee and gotten reward. I did not receive my email this year so while in line I logged into my account to prove I was a member and had ID in hand to prove TODAY is my birthday. The older lady working this am was extremely rude and unprofessional when I couldn't find my strabucks pay option she stated "do you not come here often" when I stated I had not had the pleasure in a while she huffed "well thats why you aren't getting rewards" I showed her I was member and logged in and tried to hand ID and she literally pushed my ID away with her hand and said "your ID means nothing". Once I found it obviously it has zero dollars I didnt know how this worked she scanned my code and was like "yep no rewards!!!!" loudly and blurted out my total to me for all to hear. I embarrassingly paid my bill then simply asked how do I get stars for this purchase now that I've spent money and she huffed very loudly again and said " like I told you, you have to load it on card first to get the points" ( which she never explained by the way) tosses my receipt at me and says "next person". If I'm not mistaken you get birthday reward for simply signing up regardless of how much you spend! Aside from that she should have handled this situation completely different. The place needed a major sweeping and wipe down.
I ordered 1 order of kale egg bites and 1 order of red pepper egg bites and a plain white. The young lady left the counter to put the egg bites in the microwave, I presumed. She then came back to ring up my order. I was told $3 and change was my total. I was puzzled, I stated for everything? She said yes. I then asked about the egg bites. She rang up 2 orders for a different kind of egg bite. Not what I asked for. I told her again, kale and the pepper egg bites and medium plain white. She had to go pull the correct egg bites to warm. preceded to tell me they would be free because she got the order wrong.
She was nice and stated the egg bites were free. I informed her it was fine I would pay for them. The young lady kept insisting they were free. I had to explain I did not feel it was right to accept the egg bites unless I paid for them. I paid for them.

Clearly she was upset with an employee who called in to check a schedule and was given the wrong information to call another manager?? I don’t know but what I do know is that in the middle of my order, she came around the corner of the front and started confronting all of the three employees, this interrupting my order. My three kids and husband waited in the car and the order took longer because we all had to wait for her lecture. Then she took the cashier to continue the berating and no one seemed to know my order and messed up my coffee. I understand if someone messed up, it’s her job to communicate that mistake to her employees but not in front of customers. How embarrassing for my cashier.
