I had a cbd massage while vacationing this week in Ouray. Let me start by saying it was Amazing. Tim had a wonderful energy that is sure to lift anybody he works on. And the message was excellent! I have recieved massages regularly in the past and I feel like I can be a high maintenance customer. I like a certain kind of pressure and I want to be honest if anything is feeling off with the setting (music, heat) but yeah I had no issues at all. Sometimes i may overthink and not communicate what i may want different based on the vibe. But Tim was super easy to talk to and i felt totally comfortable communicating any needs I had. He was wonderful to talk to and the massage was probably one of the best I've had. I've had other therapists work on me for years and it took time for us to get to a point where they had the perfect pressure. It's like they get to know your own special needs over time. After communicating once that I wanted slightly more pressure it was perfect. I left the whole experience feeling lifted, relaxed, and happy. I will definitely be making another appointment next...
Read moreWe went to Timothy for mani, pedis the day before my wedding. It was, by far, the best nail salon experience I've ever had!! I got a Sage pedicure, the MOG got a classic pedicure, and we both got french manicures. Not only did he do an amazing job on our nails, he also did an accent nail to match my jewelry and took special care of my mother. She has an autoimmune and couldn't get her cuticles cut or anything so she opted out of getting her nails done. After seeing her nails, Timothy offered to do it for free and took extra care when doing them, giving her tips and instructions on how to keep her nails healthy since the autoimmune affects them. He did such a wonderful job and was so caring to all of us. I could not recommend him enough. I never knew a nail salon experience could be so pleasant and relaxing until we went there. Thank you so...
Read moreI enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but the spa is horrible. I received a facial and massage from the woman working at the spa, I don’t recall her name. Don’t expect a professional facial, it’s $150 for a face wash, some toner and face mask that they leave on for less than 5 minutes. No steam, extractions, nothing. At the end of the facial she wiped off my full face with a hot towel leaving my skin completely dried out and I broke out like crazy. This did not seem like a trained esthetician by any means, and she seemed nervous and unfriendly off the bat. I tried to address my issues with hotel management but they ignored me. I still ended up paying $250 after using the $100 spa credit for the worst spa...
