We never imagined we’d leave this restaurant feeling scammed — but here we are. Water, two pizzas, and a salad for $101. Let that sink in. Not only was the food below average in size, but apparently $2.50 per tiny portion of what could only be described as bargain-bin ranch dressing is the standard here. After visiting almost every other restaurant in ouray, almost every one not only tastes better, is more affordable but also treats you like a customer instead of an inconvenience. As for our server, Tomilyn? She appeared exactly three times: once to take the order, once to drop food, and once to drop the bill. No drink refills, in fact, we ended up doing that ourselves. The Cobb salad was requested without bacon but with chicken, and when it arrived to our surprise it was also without chicken. We were informed after the bill was presented that “bacon and chicken are combined and can’t be separated” news to us, and something that, according to our server, was conveniently forgotten to be mentioned earlier and despite asking for it once the food arrived she never brought it us, but instead said you get what you ordered, which was lettuce, some mixed veggies and ranch for over $17 dollars, far more then almost every other restaurant in ouray. And the tip? Automatically slapped on at 20% for a party of 7, even though their own policy states that it’s for parties of 8+. When questioned, we were flat-out lied to, told there was “nothing she could do” and that we could “come back tomorrow” to deal with it. We went to the bar to pay, asked for a manager, Tomilyn told us they had “left for the evening.” The promise was we’d get a call the next day. Shocking absolutely no one… no call. When we returned the following day, the owner himself told us there’s always a manager on-site (so why were we told otherwise?) and shrugged off the entire situation with a “nothing I can do” attitude. Zero accountability. Zero effort to make things right. We’ve been loyal customers for years, coming here every time we’re in town for the pizza. But after being lied to by staff, treated as if our concerns were an inconvenience, and essentially told by the owner that our loyalty meant nothing, we’re done. Not just disappointed, we feel completely taken advantage of.

We had such high hopes for this restaurant. My husband had the half pound burger and onion rings ($14.99 + $3.50) and I had the fish fry ($15.99). Pros: It was convenient, prepared in less than an hour, looked decent and was edible. The gentleman that delivered our food was polite and professional. The venue was above average. Cons: The ordering process was convoluted. I had to stop by three different locations before I was able to place an order. My husband’s burger was burnt and the onion rings he received were more like a pile of onion garnishment rather than onion rings. My fish was pretty meh. The batter fell off the fish leaving me with plain fish, greasy fish batter and average fries. The tarter sauce was above average. I am hoping this was just an off day because this place has so much potential. Would I go out of my way to eat here? Hard pass due to lack of quality for the price. Will I eat here again in the future? It is convenient for families staying at Twin Peaks. It could have been an off day.

We visited here twice on our stay in Ouray. First time we got chicken salad, parmesan fries, and motzarella sticks. It all tasted great, however that night it gave us the "D****** Cha Cha Cha" if you know what I'm saying. Most certainly the salad was the culprit. Second time, we would not have gone back except during Covid the pickins' were slim. Not to mention restaurants would tell us to our face what time they were going to open and then delay it even further after that when we arrived. I digress. Second time, we had fried cod and shrimp dinner. This was very good and no sickness occurred. Server the first time was not very friendly. Second time was a bit better. Prices were on the high side but then again everything in Ouray is high, to be expected with a tourist town.

We were really looking forward to trying this place . It is easy to get to from hotel and a cool looking place. Upon arrival , we were seated very quickly and the bartender greeted us and got our drink order very quickly . He came back shortly and took our order. Everything was great!.But then, hour and a half later , we had not seen him or anyone else. They were busy taking care of others. At least two groups seated after us got their food while we still waited . One of the groups ordered two pizzas, ( we ordered a salad and a one topping pizza), so I don’t think our order was too complicated. That really wasn’t even the bad part of the experience. I finally went up to the bar to see if I could ask our server what was going on. After asking the other waitstaff and getting nowhere , he finally came back , so I asked him if we could get our drinks and where was our order? He said” we have a big party downstairs”. Wow , that was a great answer! He never did come over . Instead he sent the head of the kitchen over . This gentleman tried to paint me out to be the bad guy by saying “ we are doing the best we can “. I asked him how is it groups after we’re already served like items( one group had even finished ). He said orders come out random , not in order and again , we are doing the best we can . He left , came back and slid a beer on the table saying this I’d on the bartender ( our server). About 20 minutes later , we got our order .We ordered a thin crust pizza , but they gave us a hand tossed . The original server came over with the check and take home boxes as we didn’t eat much really . NEVER once was an apology issued or the poor service acknowledged. We waited about 10 minutes for him to come back for the check and gave up on that too , charged it to the room. The order was obviously lost or missed and instead of saying your sorry and we will do what it takes to make it right , we were told a lie . No , you weren’t doing the best you could , you were being...

We wanted to like this place but had some very avoidable issues ordered a cauliflower pizza that we ordered sauerkraut on it and had red onions but no kraut think the cauliflower crust has gluten free flour which if ur grain free really should be noted the mozzarella sticks on the menu on the tables says $14.99 and was charged $16.99 and told well that’s what it is after we paid. That actually can get you in a-lot of trouble as a restaurant and completely not acceptable we were charged under mozzarella sticks for extra ranch for $2.50 which is crazy high but we did. They never gave it to us, then when we had to return our pizza they said it was never rung up. It was 100% on our receipt that I had when my husband returned. It’s said under mozzarella sticks $+2.50 Ranch. She said she looked but clearly did not cause it was right under the mozzarella stick item they did make us a salad to replace the pizza so thank u on that we tried to order online but items were missing which the women said happens cause they forget to put things back online. Called for about 15 mins nobody picked up so went in. That’s totally fine but really May want to make it easier to order. The pizza is ok if you like thick dough The fried pickles we tossed cause they were dripping in oil and sooo soggy The mozzarella stick not good but that could be a preference for $175 for 5 pizzas and 2 apps you really need to clean up basic customer service skills This may be a tourist town but we are locals and love to support our town and this was very...
