Had A bad Alternator on my 89 Chevy, Blazer.Made it to Placid from Port Henry on a cold -5 Winters night,with Snowmobile in tow.Stayed in Town where I was able to charge the battery fully.Early the next morning I went over to this Napa location to get an Alternator which they had in stock.Being far from home I had the tools to do the job.When I went to install it the Housing was Clocked in the wrong position(preventing the wires from being connected).I went back inside with it and a terrific employee positioned it in proper direction to fit my Vehicle.Just wanted to thank the person who’s name I do not remember and also the Napa auto parts chain for getting me back...

While on a family vacation, our car battery began acting up. We headed straight to the NAPA store in Lake Placid, where a friendly representative offered to test the battery—completely free of charge. When it turned out we needed a replacement, we asked if we could borrow some tools, and without hesitation, they handed us exactly what we needed.

My trailer just broke down. I went to napa to get parts but the parts was in pieces and very beat up by the heat with no part number without to much information Bill help me step by step until he find correct parts am telling you this guy is gold ....thank you Bill for your excellent service NAPA got to be more proud than ever having some one like you doing excellent...
