I have been a loyal customer here for the past 2 years, buying 3 water pipes from there over that period of time. I have spent over 1000 dollars there between those 3 water pipes and other miscellaneous items. I went in the store about 2 weeks ago looking for regular element rolling papers with the trey and filters. They did not have them and I asked if they would mind ordering them for me because they are all I will use. I called in to the store today to ask if they had ordered them and the lady said no. I mentioned I asked them to order them a couple weeks ago and she replied I don't think we are going to order them because we have all of these other brands.
