Thank you 4 roots for always having such good quality food and for choosing people and their health over profit. My husband and I come by twin falls once a year and come here every morning for coffee and breakfast and we have never been disappointed. I see some reviews say how it’s overpriced or the portions are small, but as someone who has been on a health journey, I’m so grateful for businesses like you and I understand that good quality food comes with a cost. I would rather spend more and feel good after. The food here tastes like something you would make at home. We love getting the breakfast burritos and bulletproof coffee it’s really good! We do wish that the bulletproof had a little more butter, but I think it depends who makes it because we had bulletproof coffees where we can see the froth and it looked creamy and sometimes it just looked bland, but still tastes amazing. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough I’m so happy that there is a good place here for us to stop by every year and I highly recommended this place for anyone looking for healthy food and who is not afraid to spend more money. I support business who focus on people and their health rather...

Wow, what happened here? That breakfast was terrible! Very little food is actually cooked here. It’s all dumped out of cans and jars and arranged on plates. The juevos rancheros is 4 cold tortillas right out of the Costco bag and spread on a plate. 3 hot, very overcooked eggs on top, then covered with premade mango salsa from Costco (cold), black beans out of a can from Costco (cold), and some avocado mixed with Costco sour cream (cold). It was so disgusting. A big cold wet mess of precooked food dumped on top of hot overcooked eggs. That is NOT okay to serve people. What’s wrong with you?
Other items like breakfast sandwiches, burritos, etc. same story. They use Costco turkey sausage, but it’s the links. So they cut them up precooked out of the wrapper, and arrange them inside the other breakfast options, very comically I might add. Nothing is fresh. Nothing is cooked. Unless you count the eggs, which don’t come seasoned or prepared correctly.
Even the coffees didn’t come out hot. Barely warm!
Will not be back! How dare you call yourself a cafe? Don’t do...
Read moreConsistency is a key area that could greatly enhance this place. From the unpredictable fluctuation in their operating hours to the varying flavors and textures of the smoothies and food, it creates uncertainty for customers. Whether it's the uncertainty of arriving to find changed hours or the unpredictability of encountering a smoothie with a date seed included. I order the same smoothie fairly frequently, every time it is different. While they once served delightful zucchini brownies, it's evident that the current quality has declined, possibly due to being sourced from the freezer. As everywhere, their prices have gone up.
It's a business I want to support, especially since it's allergy-friendly, and better quality (ish). However, considering the cost, quality, and quantity received, if there were alternative options available, this place would not be my first choice. It has SO much potential, but seems to lack something to...
