The rating is for the customer service rep # 1
Unfortunately we got spoiled beyond acidic mango spears twice from there. At this point I called them at the warehouse in Twin Falls waited about 10 min since the call disconnected twice during the prompts and waiting for a rep. It’s about an hour drive approximately from where I live. I then tried getting through to “customer service” to let them know that we had bought two boxes of spoiled mangoes on two different occasions. Upon answering the rep asked for my membership id, I didn’t know that was required, but I didn’t question it. It took me literally a minute to find and provide it. She then mentioned she didn’t need it.I let her know at this point my situation as I mentioned previously.
I asked her what was the return policy was on produce. She said we would have to take them in. I let her know that was more of an inconvenience at that point having to take them back a spoiled product as it would cost me more take them back that day. She let me know that the other option was to take a picture. I then asked who I got the to picture to for the refund. She then replied with saying that they couldn’t do anything over the phone. At that moment I was confused so I asked for clarification if she was saying If I could take a picture of them to whom was I going to provide this picture to. She then again stated that we couldn’t do anything over the phone. At that moment I let her know that I understood that we couldn’t do anything over the phone but I wasn’t understanding who I was going to provide this picture to. I asked if it was an online claim process or what the steps were, if I needed to give them my Visa card for the refund or what needed to be done on my part. Again we can’t do anything over the phone with a non customer service attitude . I asked her if there was a online chat for customer service. This so I could get clarification on the return process at this point I’m sure they could provide more details. She said I could do that or I could speak to her manager. At that moment that was probably the only person that could provide me that info so I told her that I would take her up on that. Generally speaking you let the customer know you’re going to put them on hold. Seems like that isn’t her practice but I waited again.
At this moment I’m trying to stay level headed and deescalate.When I spoke to the manager and let him know from the jump that I was frustrated because the previous person wasn’t providing what I needed to do next for the return process and she wasn’t willing to explain. Instead she preferred to transfer me over to him. I let him know that isn’t customer service and that all I needed to know what was the need in terms of the picture. I did pull the executive and visa credit card on them letting them we’ve been with them for more than 5 years. This is because they couldn’t do anything over the phone per her.I don’t think he appreciated that. He then told me that he would get me taken care of in terms of the refund next time I visited.He said that I could provide the picture of the item/receipt that everything was fine. My you tell your ever's license is expired so I need to get an idaho one. Can't you just go to Utah and renew your license there?I said no.That would be Illegal I don't live in utah any longer I live in idaho. I said. All i'm waiting for is my divorce to create in the mail and then I can get it. She said well then.Drive down there and get it if you can't wait. I said well In A. Perfect world I could pick Up and go down there, but it's not.I have work I have children I have responsibilities. She said well I go down there All the time I don't know why it could be that hard for you. Excuse me ma'am!! You don't Know me. You do not Know my situation. How dare you compare your life to mine. I did not ask Her to have any compassion for me.I did not ask Her to use her identification.I did not ask Her for anything.Accept not comparing her life to mine. I've never been made feel so bad about myself.Be littled and Degraded. I actually got out to my car And just cried because maybe I am a failure because I Can't go get it. I know that I am not but... She is very nasty individual and I would love to speak to someone about her. And I will just reiterate one more time... The rest of the pharmacy staff and the pharmacy itself is amazing. But I could never force myself to go back there...
Read moreYou know, it is a pretty decent place to shop. And I do know there has been some policy changes. But every single time I've gone into the self checkout, I've been harassed by Debbie. It's my card, I pay for my card, and every time I go in there she acts as if I'm going to make the most heinous crime. I've never had any issues with any one else in the store. But her, she gets right into my space and demands my card. Which yes I understand that it's good to check a card but when she can sit and have a good ol' time with an older customer and not check her card. I use my card and I pay for my card and it's just the basic card, I'm not trying to get any extra benefits from it. It's a plain membership card and I do extremely dislike her acting as if I'm trying to smuggle out products from under the very obvious eyes of the whole building. No one else has given me issues, not even the pharmacy. But Debbie, Debbie is there and I'd rather not deal with someone who likes to be so miserable and make problems out of nothing. And I really shouldn't have to consider giving a blood test that says yes this is my card and yes this is my family that's with me and I shouldn't have to go through the process of my sister getting a card when she rarely if ever shops there, and she DOESN'T ever go without me into the store because of certain personal reasons.
(Edit) Seeing some other reviews, yes this is the same older lady with blonde hair that is causing issues in the self checkout line and I feel a little better I'm not the only one having quite the unpleasant...
